Stayed Nov 26, 2025Disappointed with our unit. It lacked utensils, glasses and dishes, was not up to standard cleanliness as the carpet was dirty, the water pressure was very low (so low we didn't even shower the second day), and the furniture in the living area was inadequate and uncomfortable.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025The apartment was nice and location very good. I know its in the agreement but i feel that check-in at 4pm and check- out at 10am is ridiculous given that most people are traveling from out of town. We did get a 330pm check in but when i emailed for a possible late check out, the only response i received was a copy and paste of the check out time. No personal response at all. I thought that was pretty rude.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025My sister and I stayed here for a couple nights while visiting Denver. This place is nice and spacious. Has all necessary kitchen equipment and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in bathrooms. If I had one suggestion I would at a couple more cups/glasses to the cupboards but these have probably slowly dwindled after other guests.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024The air conditioning was broke 3 nights. Unfortunately it was a heat wave in Denver. So the condo was in the 80’s. We repeatedly messaged and also called to alert the management to the problem. We were told compensation would be given, it was not. In addition, the lobby smelled horrific. Every person we encountered commented about it, including workers. The WiFi was also out for a day. Not that big of a deal but adding in no air, it wouldn’t be a place we would stay again.

Stayed May 10, 2024Beautiful, clean condo in a great location. Enjoyed our stay very much! Tons of space, very modern yet homey. Street parking can be difficult to find, beds were very firm, and primary shower water pressure wasn't the best... but would rebook again in a heartbeat.

Stayed Feb 17, 2024Came down to celebrate a couple of birthdays. We were able to Uber around the city. Topgolf and an Avalanche hockey game was on the agenda. Got to both locations, short rides and great times had by all. Thank you for a great weekend!!

Stayed Jan 19, 2024This is a nice apartment in a great area. We enjoyed the convenience. Apartment had everything we needed and would definitely stay there again.
