    We had a small glitch with check in but it was quickly resolved with property manager. This gave us time to chat with a neighbor who told us places to see and places to stay away from! The home is beautiful on every level but be prepared for stairs! Well equipped kitchen. Ample supply of bedrooms and bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

    Good location, problem with quest bathroom, not fixed, not usable. Nice furnishings, great view of the city. Word of warning, main rug in living room had curled and was easily dripped over. Good communication with manager.

    We were four women age 70 to 82 all widowed. We would never have stayed there. Had we known that there were three sets of steps 18 each. There was an elevator that locked so we couldn’t use it. Two broken coffee pots two cabinets that did not have doors.. All the towels were threadbare. No water pressure in one of the bathrooms . We feel we should’ve been warned about the steps and the lack of elevator use. There were no extra blankets to use when we were cold. It was extremely difficult to lift our suitcases up 18 steps and then two more sets of 18 to the bedrooms. There was a broken coffee table that was rickety and also a bench that had one leg gone.. It was a nice place but had lots of issues.
