Garage parking is available for registered guests. Detailed instructions — including entry codes and your assigned level — will be sent before check-in. Do not park in unassigned spaces; unauthorized vehicles will be towed.

The DART light rail and multiple bus lines are accessible within a short walk from the building. Rideshare pickup is immediate — this is a high-demand downtown zone.



✈️ From DFW International Airport

Approximately 25–30 minutes by car or rideshare depending on traffic. Take I-35E North or TX-183 toward Downtown Dallas. Drop-off at building entrance.



✈️ From Dallas Love Field (DAL)

Approximately 15–20 minutes by car or rideshare. Head south on Lemmon Ave, merge onto I-35E South toward downtown. Easy direct route.

Your provided fob grants access to the elevators, pool, gym, and rooftop lounge. The fob will be inside the unit upon arrival.



Parking:

Garage parking is available for registered guests only. Detailed parking instructions will be provided before check-in. Unauthorized parking is not allowed.



Security:

Exterior cameras monitor common areas for safety. There are no cameras inside the apartment.



Noise Monitoring :

A non-recording noise monitor is in place to ensure compliance with building quiet hours (10 PM–7 AM).



Laundry:

Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Starter detergent and basic cleaning supplies are provided.



Wi-Fi:

High-speed internet is available throughout the unit. Login details will be shared before arrival.



Pet Policy:

✔️ Pets are welcome with prior approval

✔️ Stays under 7 days: $50 pet fee; per pet, per stay

✔️ Stays 7-15 days: $150 flat rate pet fee; per pet, per stay

✔️ Monthly or long-term stays: $300 pet fee; per month; per stay

✔️ Do not leave pets unattended inside the unit unless crated
