YPK139 - YotelPad: You will love this brand new luxury condo. It is the largest YotelPad floor plan, a rare 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit that sleeps 4 adults and 2 kids. It has its own private semi-enclosed patio. YotelPad is located in the heart of Canyons Village, an amazing location offering you quick access to the slopes.. It`s just a short walk to the Red Pine Gondola or to the shuttle stop. There is easy access to this ground floor unit and plenty of great amenities to entertain you and enhance your stay.

The shared amenities in the YotelPad complex offer several options for you to play and socialize. They include a fully-equipped gym with Peloton bikes, an outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, free arcade game room, an inviting lounge with comfortable seating and fire pits, and weekend DJ entertainment. Also offered are private business workpods and 24-hour staff at the front desk. Guests will love the convenience of the ski valet, underground and valet parking, plus the small shop for quick food and liquor purchases.

The well stocked-in-unit kitchen offers a full-size fridge and freezer, Crate & Barrel kitchenware, coffee maker, espresso maker, tea maker, and stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, cooktop and convection oven. There is seating for six at the table within the kitchen area and just off the kitchen is the family room boasting a Restoration Hardware deep seat sofa and chairs in front of a smart TV and cozy gas fireplace.

All three bedrooms feature luxury linens with duvet covers on comfy mattresses and Tempur-Pedic pillows, alarm clocks, phone charging stations and smart TVs. The master bedroom with a queen bed includes a dresser, wardrobe and plenty of space to hang clothes. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and two bedside tables. The third bedroom, the bunk room, has two twin beds for the bunk beds and a trundle under the bunks.

The two bathrooms offer clean and sleek designs with large walk-in showers and plenty of lighting. There is an in-unit stacked washer/dryer and ample storage. The hallway offers floor-to-ceiling cabinets to store whatever you might need. High end sofa seating for the patio is coming soon.

With its choice location, only 30 minutes from the SLC airport and a quick 10-minute drive to the center of Old Town, our Yotel condo is the perfect launching pad to enjoy all that Park City Resort has to offer. During the Summer months, the hiking is endless, and the resort offers lifts for bikers to the top of the mountain, with trails for every level. The summer concert series offers frequent concerts, with great musical acts performing on the Village lawn, a 4-minute walk. The Park City Resort side sets up all sorts of activities during the summer, with alpine slides, trampolines, a zip-line, climbing wall and more.

TRANSPORTATION: Walk a few minutes to the Red Pine Gondola to access the mountain. Take a few more lifts and then take the Quicksilver Gondola to connect to the Park City side, and then you can ski right down to Old Town for lunch or dinner. The Red Line shuttle stop is just 50 feet away or take the Cabriolet to the Canyons Transit Center and catch the Free Park City shuttle bus to Old Town, Deer Valley, Redstone plaza or the Outlet Mall.

    We stayed in this unit recently. The unit was nice overall but there were some issues during our stay. There were electrical issues going inside the unit. Lights were flickering on and off the entire stay. Electrical breakers were tripping during use of the toaster and the coffee/tea maker. The unit was getting uncomfortably hot at night. There were no instructions on how to use the thermostat. One would think a thermostat was basic, but this one was not. We googled and called for assistants. The temperature was not able to be adjusted manually this time of year is what we were told. We were advised to crack sliding glass doors to the outside at night. Leaving the unit wide open while we were sleeping and then becoming cold. One room had no door to open. We were up and down several times a night. We ended up leaving a night early and requested a refund for the last night, only to be denied. We were very disappointed and will not stay here again.

    The condo was very well stocked and taken care of very well. The kitchen had everything one would need and the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Location was perfect allowing us access to continue village amenities, very close to local shuttle with connections to bus service, Hosts were responsive and flexible. Overall a perfect stay.     Very clean and accurate condo description, we enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is the TV situation in the family room. The tv would not let us access and apps (Netflix, Hulu) to watch movies. We tried multiple avenues but it seemed like the tv was placed on lock so that cable television was the only option. This was extremely frustrating, but that is our only complaint.

    Property is clean, well maintained, well stocked kitchen and location can't be beat. You can tell whoever owns this loves this property and it's easy for us to do the same when we are there. It's the second time we've stayed here.

    We were two moms taking our 4 young kids on a ski vacation. The condo was clean and well appointed. The location is great for easy access to the ski school and lifts. The ski valet makes storage very smooth and quick after a long day of skiing. We had a couple of questions for the property manager about the tv and check out. Larry responded immediately and is so friendly. If we go back to Park City, we would definitely stay here again.

    Great place to stay with fun common areas ,hot tub and pool. Three bedroom condo was well laid out and had everything we needed. We would come back and recommend for others.
