The Space:

Conveniently nestled near the slopes the Ski Vista is just a 10 minute walk to the Canyons cabriolet and a plethora of trails are just outside your front door. Relax after a day of world class skiing in this beautifully furnished chic condo.

THE SPACE

Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests! Enter the polished open living space with giant view windows and a warming fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and a dining bar for 4 has all the comforts of home. Just off the kitchen are both the master and guest bedrooms with a stacked washer and dryer in between. The master bedroom has its own small en-suite bathroom, and there is a second guest bathroom right next to the guest bathroom. Plus, a brand new sofa bed for added comfort.



THE KITCHEN

The Kitchen is stocked with a fridge/freezer, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker/Keurig machine combo, toaster, blender, crockpot, utensils, cookware, crockery, and a wine cooler. There is also a dining bar with seats for 4.



THE LIVING ROOM

The living room has brand new sofa bed, a Smart TV equipped with cable, a fireplace, and a small study desk.



MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom is equipped with a large view window, queen sized bed, Roku TV, private bathroom, and a closet.



GUEST BEDROOM

The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, a closet, and a Roku TV.



MASTER BATHROOM

The master bathroom is found in the master bedroom, which has a hair dryer, and a bathtub with a shower.



GUEST BATHROOM

The guest bathroom is just outside the guest bedroom. Inside is a hair dryer and a bathtub with shower.



PATIO

Through a sliding door just off the living room is a small patio with outdoor furniture for 4.



PARKING

Guests will park behind the unit in a non-covered parking lot and may plan on parking a maximum of 2 vehicles. Parking is on a first-come-first serve basis.



THE COMMUNITY

The community in this area is a well maintained neighborhood with a suburban feel while being right next to one of Utah’s greatest mountain resorts. It is a short 10 minute walk to the Canyons cabriolet, a 10 minute drive to Park City Mountain & Main Street, 10 minutes to the Olympic Park, and 15 minutes to Deer Valley Resort.



Located just over a mile from the I-80 freeway making travel to and from the airport and downtown Salt Lake City a cinch. It is also just over a mile away from the shops and amenities in Kimball Junction - oh and did we mention you’ll be just 2 short miles front the Park City Outlets with Nike, Adidas, Columbia, Levi’s and more!

    The kids had a great time! The pull out bed worked out great and having two bathrooms. The hot tub was close so we could just send the kids. There’s a bus stop nearby to take you to park city for free! It was fun and we even got a 2 pm check out which was great for our sports tournament.

    Condo is quiet and clean. Modern kitchen with all the essentials. Beds were very comfortable. Relatively short walk to Cabriolet lift and bus stop. Hot tub room is 50 ft away.

    This condo was comfy and clean. It was a perfect home-base for exploring downtown park city and Utah Olympic Park. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day!

    Fit our family well. Communication with host was easy and responsive. Willingness to let us check in early and check out late was extremely helpful given we weren’t sure when our soccer games would be.

    The location of this condo is perfectly located next to the bus line, people mover (resort gondola), and mini mart. Would rent this location again based on the location alone. The only downfall to this unit is the rental agency that handles the condo is only open M-F.

    We were very happy at this cozy well appointed vacation rental. The unit is updated and as it appears in pictures. There are individual thermostats in each bedroom for convenience. Kitchen is well stocked for a small place but no vent hood so heavy duty cooking is probably not a good idea. Checking in was a breeze and management was responsive. Welcome binder included recommendations for dining and grocery stores. USB plugs on numerous wall outlets were a thoughtful touch. Great for small groups, we were a party of 3, more than four might get a little crowded. 3 minute drive to the Cabriolet Lift with free parking which takes you to the Canyons base. Highly recommend. N-
