Prime location ! This ski-in / ski-out condo is ideally located, literally on the slopes, near the base of the Peachtree and Westwall lifts. No need to drive or ride the bus to the lifts! The condo is so convenient you can stop in for lunch or grab a snack during your day on the slopes or hiking and biking on the trails.

When you walk into the condo you are struck by the incredible panoramic mountain views.

This unit has floor to ceiling windows and a large wrap-around deckfacing the slopes. It also has a second deck off the master bedroom. Our condo has a fireplace, two flat screen TV's, 2 DVD's, cable, Chromecast, High Speed Internet with Wi-Fi and Ethernet ports in the living room and both bedrooms, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer, shared hot tub, sauna, gas grill and garage parking. There is an elevator from the parking garage.

Our condo accommodates up to 6 guests, there are two bedrooms, a king bed in the master, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and there is additional sleeping space with the a sofa bed (queen) in the living room.

The unit has two full baths, one with a tub/shower combo along with the walk in shower in the master.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and a breakfast bar with seating for two. Additionally the dining room table has seating for six, at a beautiful hardwood table.

Soak in the outdoor hot tub while watching the skiers go by, with the peak of Mt. Crested Butte looming overhead.

One garage parking spot is available; however, a car is not necessary. Shuttle service is available from the Gunnison airport 30 miles away. You don't have to drive once you arrive, use the free local bus transportation with a bus stop for the town shuttle a couple hundred yards from the condo complex.

Parking: There are 17 parking spaces in the heated garage and an additional five outside the exit of the garage. Each unit is allowed one parking spot in the garage. All vehicles must park in a marked parking space. Please note that while there is an elevator in the building, there are times when it is not available.

    You truly can’t find a better location! TRUE ski in and ski out. With the covered parking spot with an elevator it made everything so easy. The kids loved the hot tub. It’s an amazing place!! We will definitely be back.

    Great property! Location was perfect. We enjoyed the views of the mountain from the condo. Kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the owners was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

    The title says it all. This was our 6th consecutive year of staying at Kim & Mike’s place. My family of four has plenty of room/space and all the amenities are readily available. The location is perfect for us and the cleanliness and attentiveness of the property management makes it a breeze! I’m in the process of re-booking! :)

    Being slope side on the 3rd floor with so many windows facing the slopes was fantastic. Kids were able to hit the slopes on their own, which is a big deal for us. It was also a peaceful location, down from the village, which is also our preference. Super clean, clearly very cared for and Kim and Mike were very responsive. Absolutely loved it, will most likely be back!

    This condo was a true ski-in, ski-out right outside the Peachtree lift. Everything was as advertised. It was very clean and well-kept. Had a minor issue with the oven, but the manager was very responsive and offered several solutions for our inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again!
