Our home is a luxury 2-bedroom condo that comfortably accommodates 8 guests with two full and one half bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, fireplace, washer, dryer, WiFi and more. We are located in Arrowleaf Lodge B, a ski-in/ski-out property located in the Village at Empire Pass, the finest area of Upper Deer Valley. It is located directly on the slope of Silver Buck ski run which has its own high speed quad chair lift just 15 seconds by skis from the unit. The entire condo is elegantly designedwith warm, inviting colors in every room.

Look outside the many full-sized windows of our slopeside, 3rd floor unit and you will see the chair lift passing by. Take the elevator down two levels and enter the spacious ski locker room, your private locker 2 sets of boot warmers and plenty of space for skis, poles and helmets. Walk 19 steps to Silver Buck Ski Run. Ski down about 100 yards to the convenient Silver Strike Express High Speed Quad Chairlift. You will notice as you go up on the chair lift that there are very few if any people on the slopes as most of the skiers are still down in Snow Park waiting in line to get up the mountain.

The unit features the best in slope-side lodging. The Great Room has beautiful mountain and ski-slope views. The Great Room includes a dining table and dining bar, and outside is a balcony with incredible views. A gas fireplace can be turned on with just a flip of the switch. Over the stone fireplace is a 42 inch LCD TV and a DVD player. The Great Room also has a leather sleeper sofa that can sleep two.

The designer gourmet kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and fully stocked with all the essentials.

Down the hall from the Great Room is a large luxurious master bedroom with a king size bed and large screen TV and a master bath with a jetted tub and marble shower. The second bedroom has two sets of custom-built cherry wood bunk beds, two of which are are regular twin beds and two of which are extra long twin beds (great for teens or adults). The second bathroom also has its own bathroom with shower/tub.

An important benefit of staying at Arrowleaf is the comfortable yet exquisite Hearth Room on the first floor which offers a restored slate pool table, grand stone fireplace, a Starbucks professional grade coffee/espresso/hot chocolate/tea machine, two computers, darts, games, and an abundance of comfortable leather seating. It’s a perfect room for large groups to gather and relax after a great day on the slopes.

Another unique feature is the free Dial-A-Ride shuttle service that provides private Mercedes vans that can shuttle you around town at your convenience. Park City’s other two ski resorts are easily accessible: Park City Mountain Resort is only 5 minutes away, and The Canyons Resort is a 15-minute drive.

Also, Deer Valley Mountain maintains a ticket office in the neighboring Shooing Star Condo where you can purchase your lift tickets. Stay here, and avoid the crowds and parking hassles at the base, and forget the long walks to the lifts. Collect your skis, boots and poles from a locker with boot heaters, and walk right out to the run. It feels like having a private ski run and ski lift right at your doorstep!

    This home was perfect for our family deer valley ski trip. The location being right on the slopes was so convenient. The place was clean and we had good communication with the host. Hope to stay here again!

    Overall I'd give it a 9. This could be a 10 easily if they stocked the kitchen utensils/pans better. It's a little lite and frying pans need to be replaced. I also feel it's very dark in the unit, either add ceiling lights and more lamps. Get a big sectional couch. This could be a perfect 10 unit with a few upgrades.

    We loved this location and the condo itself was so cozy! Pristine views on the huge balcony looking over the silver strike express lift, so easy to get on and off the mountain!! Amenities were also so great with the hot tub, hot chocolate/coffee machines, parking/elevator situation, ski lockers, and empire pass shuttle was a breeze! Management was also so helpful and responsive! Will stay here again!

    Fantastic stay! Beautiful place, beautiful view! Skied in and out everyday, cooked in, and took the Empire shuttle into town for drinks and shopping! Took the shuttle to close spas Loved it!

    The location and management in Arrowleaf is always impressive. Staff is responsive and kind. The unit itself is sad. Every single dish and coffee cup is cracked or chipped. Supplies are limited. Very few glasses. Lighting is non existent so once the sun sets be sure to have a flashlight. Furniture is damaged and all the picture frames and furniture are peeling. Mattresses are uncomfortable. Was going to use the pull out sofa but when we opened up it was covered in old cereal, discarded toys and dirt. No linens for the pull out sofa were on site. Again, you can’t beat the location but for what was charged this unit is not on par with others we have rented in this building and the lack of light was incredibly frustrating in the evenings.

    We felt super comfortable in this property. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent (re: check in, info on the property and area, etc). Unit was spacious and had great access to slopes - popping in for a warm up or hot chocolate was super easy. Really enjoyed the (flick a switch/gas) fireplace.

    We loved where the property was. It is as described-about 20 steps to snow from outside the ski lockers. Then you just ski down to silver strike express lift. I would come back just for that in itself! Loved the hot cocoa machines in the lobby as well. Wish the hot tubs were usable. All had covers on them or the key given didn’t work for the one we tried in B building. The condo itself was fine. Beds comfortable. Pillows just ok. Very cool bunk room for kids. Definitely outdated decor (paint chipping on several frames and dark throughout). Things I would like to see improved is better lighting in the main living space, actual hand soap dispensers that work in bathrooms, better toilet paper (it was extremely paper thin and something you might find in a motel 6), blankets for the living spaces would be a nice touch as well. Overall loved our stay and would recommend if you want to be on the mountain!
