Luxurious, with a contemporary décor, Park City Apex 306 is a ski-in/out condo within the new Apex Residences – a sought-after community slopeside at Park City Canyons Village. With this property, you will be short walk or a quick ski to the Canyons Village base area, with its shopping, restaurants and exciting activities any time of year.

This condominium has plenty of features and amenities within its spacious 2,753 square feet. The one-level property offers four bedrooms (all with private bathrooms), and four and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to 12 guests in complete comfort.

From the underground community parking garage, you'll take the elevator up to the condo. Stepping through the front door, you will find yourself in the home's modern great room featuring the living room, dining area and kitchen. This grand space has hardwood floors throughout, along with an open and airy atmosphere.

Living Room: Boasting contemporary furnishings including a spacious sectional sofa, you'll also enjoy a gas fireplace, and a 65” Smart TV with DirecTV service. Out on the adjacent private balcony, you'll find lounge chairs, a BBQ grill and spectacular views of the surrounding area.

Kitchen: The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a Wolf six-burner stove, double ovens, Subzero refrigerator, a wine and cocktail bar with a wine fridge, quartz counters and seating for four at the center island. And for those coffee lovers, enjoy both drip and Keurig coffee makers.

Dining Area: Up to 10 guests can be seated at the modern style wood table.

    Check in was difficult if you are dropped off from the airport car service. You are left at the clubhouse building and navigating your way the building three with luggage is problematic. Otherwise, the unit is spacious, clean, and very well laid out.

    Absolutely amazing stay in Park City. Fantastic accommodations with extremely convenient check-in/out process. Condo right on the mountain with excellent furnishings made out time on the mountain phenomenal! Can’t wait to come back!
