    Beautiful corner unit with lots of natural light. Very comfortable for our family of 5. Well appointed in kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the shared spaces with the pool table, weight room and cappucino/hot chocolate machine on 2nd floor. AND loved the fitting area in 2nd floor parking garage to meet ski rental delivery company - super convenient. Would definitely love to rent this unit again.

    This place is in the middle of the resort with a lift right outside the building. It doesn’t get much better than that. Only trouble is the communication with the management company. We had a late check in due to our travel from the East coat and landing at SLC at 9pm. There was no communication from Lespri through VRBO. They sent an email to register which had a dead link. I tried calling them on 4 different numbers with no answer. I messaged them through VRBO with a 2 hour delay in their response. Needless to say we were stuck in the lobby of the building trying to figure out how to access the room. Concierge for the building had left for the night but luckily there was a random key sitting on the desk which worked for the condo. Come to find out it was the master key for the building. So we were able to gain access to the condo that night. I discovered that check in is off site and the building management has nothing to do with it. Wouldn’t it make sense to communicate through VRBO and have the check in occur at the building?? Needless to say it was a little stressful but once we got in and got settled, we had a great guys trip. Lespri did step up and make things better by refunding us a night. So even though this started out as a disaster, it turned out to be a fantastic condo, building, and location. The amenities in the building are above and beyond, the on call shuttle to drive us anywhere was clutch, and the location couldn’t have been better.

    The listing does not advertise it, or at least not well, but It’s really important that renters realize that there is only one parking spot on property for this unit. The nearest supplemental parking is 2 miles away. The condo itself is beautiful and spacious. The location is perfect if you like to road or mountain bike. The building management group at silver strike is fantastic and the outdoor fireplace and social area is great. Lespri, the property manager, is very sloppy/lazy. They deferred their issues to the building managers, who were clearly extremely frustrated with Lespri, they did not stock the condo with cooking basics like salt/pepper or dish soap. They very poorly communicated the parking limitations. Overall, this property/building is terrific, but the management group is poor.

    The location of the true ski-in/ski-out condo was fantastic! Ski storage, location to the lift, elevator system, and ease of access to the slopes/back to the room couldn’t have been better. Very close to Stein Eriksen, Montage, and Fireside Dining. There were a couple maintenance issues that were promptly addressed. The check in process is a little awkward and non-accommodating, but overall not a big deal. Like everywhere in Park City, parking is an issue. Kat was extremely helpful in dealing with this. There is only one parking spot in the garage (as listed), but parking another car can be very challenging. Used Ski Valet for rentals, the price was comparable, and they were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, very satisfied, and would most definitely rent again.

    1. We hired for cleaning service every other day, and February 14 th they did'nt show up. 2. I called Lespri to ask, and the answer was rude, and did not solve the problem.

    The location is amazing. A true ski in and ski out. Very clean and great bedrooms. Check in process was a nightmare. You have to go to some random hotel in Park City to check in. We were told that check in time was 4:00. We planned accordingly and went to the hotel to check in and was told that the condo was not available yet. We had just traveled cross country and went to the grocery store to get food and beverages for the week and then had to wait until about 6:00 PM to finally get the key to the condo. The whole check in process was not great. Was a little surprised that there was only one parking spot available. For a 4 bedroom condo that sleeps 10 you would think there would be at least two parking spots available and or at least a handful of visitor spots that family and friends could park at. When asked what we should do with our second car they said to go and park it in Park City in one of the garages down there. The two ladies at the front desk were not very nice about the situation. Very inconvenient, specially with a young family with little kids. The shuttle service exceeded expectations. Very nice feature and a free service. Was surprised that there was only 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 pods of dishwasher detergent, and no extra trash bags in the condo. Again, for a 4 bedroom condo and staying for an entire week, you would think there would be ample amount of trash bags, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, etc.... The first night we were there we needed to call maintenance because the thermostat was not working correctly and one of the shower drains was clogged. Maintenance was very helpful and fixed the problems quickly. Overall, it is a great condo with an amazing location. With the money that was spent and the size of the condo, I would expect a little more and a better check in process.

    We love this property - it is the perfect location for a ski in, ski out family vacation. We had an amazing time here with our kids, nieces and nephews. Perfect amount of space for 10 ppl. Would come back to this property every year!

    I’m not one to complain, but we encountered issues. Maintenance was not there to greet us. Front desk employee was able to let us in. We had no keys until contacting maintenance. Two showers drained extremely slow with one almost overflowing. Maintenance came, but issue wasn’t remedied. The bunk room runs too warm. Boys were having to open a window. Other than that location is great. We love Empire. We love the ski in/ski out convenience. Please note that we were not given any instructions on how to leave the condo.
