Stayed Feb 21, 2025Great value for the location and amenities - hot tub and sauna downstairs on first floor. Beds were comfy and there were large TVs in every room which was nice. My teens loved the loft with its own bathroom and the place is an easy walk with ski boots across the parking lot to Brian Head lodge and ski lifts. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of bedding. Cool vintage framed ski posters. Frig and outdated bathroom fan does provide some white noise. Electric fireplace provides plenty of heat! Thanks for a great last minute weekend getaway!

Stayed Nov 23, 2024We have stayed multiple places in Brianhead and this is at the top of our list. The location was great. Kids loved the sledding, game room and hot tub. Perfect size for our family!

Stayed Mar 27, 2024The location to Giant Step couldn’t be better. The facilities, such as hot tub and sauna were a nice benefit and the management company was great. The place was clean and great for the price. The beds were comfortable enough but pillows were not the best. If you are planning on cooking big meals, there is limited pots and pans. I appreciated the coffee and snacks left. Overall, it is a great place that met our needs, just needs a bit of updating.
