Each home is provided with 2 guest passes which allow exclusive access to the Northstar Resort Community (a nominal charge may apply for some activities). This entails very easy access to the slopes (free shuttle available throughout the neighborhood), as well as, other amenities provided through Northstar Property Owners Association (pool, spa, tennis, fitness center).

Home Truths:
- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note the home is ski-in/ski-out, only when snow conditions allow.
- Please note that all outdoor furniture and amenities, including grills, are seasonal and available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
- This home does not have AC.
- This home has a max overnight occupancy of 6 guests and a max daytime occupancy of 9 guests.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Unauthorized parking at the Rec Center is strictly prohibited. Guests are only allowed to park while using the facilities. Any vehicle found parked all day will be subject to a fine of over $500.
- Please note: Access to the NPOA Recreation Center requires a separate fee of $10 per person, per day, and is not included with your reservation.

Parking Details:
- Two parking passes will be provided in the home. These must be displayed in your car at all times to avoid any parking tickets.
- Passes need to be returned to the designated area upon departure, or it will result in fines of up to $250.
- The parking of trucks with a capacity of over one ton, trailers of any kind, campers including recreational vehicles, boats or boat trailers, motorbikes, ski mobiles, or golf carts are prohibited.
- During the winter months, the parking area and common area walkways are maintained by a snow plow service.
- No street parking allowed.
- Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    We had a fantastic stay at this property and would absolutely book again. The location couldn’t have been better, walking distance to the ski slopes, which made getting out early and coming back after a full day on the mountain incredibly easy.The home itself was spotless and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It made it easy to relax and fully enjoy our time there.The host was also incredibly responsive and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early, which made a big difference in starting our trip smoothly. Communication was quick and helpful throughout our stay.Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and stress-free ski getaway!

    Cute, updated condo a short walk from the ski trail. It had everything we needed and more with great kitchen with appliances and everything we needed for cooking. Bedrooms were perfect and comfy after a day of skiing. Would recommend!

    We’ve stayed at a few different units in this complex and they vary a lot. This one has newer updates, is very clean and well stocked. The management company is responsive, and we appreciated that they had extra supplies of paper goods, towels and bedding available in the unit. There were books and board games for entertainment and the internet speed was fast.

    Absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location couldn't have been more convenient—just a short walk to the ski lift, which made getting on the slopes a breeze. The best part? They allowed us to bring our dog, which made the trip feel even more special. The property was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.     The condo was clean and well stocked with all we needed and then some. It snowed much of the time we were there and the view was not lost on us- beautiful! The unit is located up stairs and then it is a short walk to the ski run that leads to the gondola and village. Not fun walking in ski boots but very doable!

    Very impressed with Avant Stay, will look for their properties in the future. The attention to detail can only be compared to a 5 star hotel. They thought of everything which was great since we arrived to a blizzard dumping 86 inches of snow and everything was shut down

    Professional management company with timely communication. Welcome amenities upon arrival. Clean and orderly condo. Split level condo with primary bedroom and bathroom upstairs and guest bedroom and hall bathroom downstairs. Overall in good condition stocked with games and the basics in the kitchen. Already looking to book next year.
