Additional amenities include a front-loading washer and dryer with detergent provided and heated garage parking for your convenience. The main bedroom features a comfortable bed, a flatscreen TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and cool nights with air conditioning. No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.
The property does not accept or participate in sports team events and/or discounts.
Youth Sports notice: The Torian Plum is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and is unable to accept any participants at this property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
