This is a 900 sq. ft., 4th floor condominium at the Village at Breckenridge, a ski-in ski-out premier location which is 20 yards from the Quicksilver lift and the Ski & Ride ski school. It is steps away from Main Street restaurants and shops, the Performing Arts Center, ice rink, and 400 miles of local paved bike trails.

The unit sleeps 6 guests. It has a king bed, and twin-daybed in the bedroom, and a queen-size Murphy bed in the living room.

There are flat screen TVs inboth the living room, and the bedroom. The unit has a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy views of Maggie Pond and downtown Breckenridge from the unique 6'X6' picture window or wraparound deck.

The Village at Breckenridge has indoor and outdoor hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pool, exercise facility, steam and sauna rooms, pool tables, outdoor fire pit. The washer/dryer is located on the same floor as the unit.

Parking is in the heated underground garage. The parking is managed by the Village at Breckenridge HOA and is paid separately from the rental of the unit. For guest who do not arrive by shuttle, your host can make parking arrangements for you.

Skiing, snowboarding, biking, dining and shopping do not get any more convenient. Walk anywhere in Breckenridge in 10 minutes. There is a free public shuttle to all of Summit County, Frisco, Keystone, and the factory outlet stores in Silverthorne.

    A wonderful stay in Breckenridge. We stayed with 6 & 10 yr old boys and it was perfect. You could not be physically closer to ski school - perhaps 50 yards to check in from walking out the door. The lift is similarly right there. Easy to ski in/out while hauling kids gear with your own. There is a murphy bed in living room plus a couch so plenty of room (we never put the bed up - enough living/dining room keeping it down). Kitchen spacious and everything we needed. Good supply of essentials that was plenty for our 4 night stay (kitchen soap, shampoo, etc.) - good for at least a week. There is a grocery store a 10 min walk away and the Main street (shops, restaurants, etc.) is steps away. If you didn't want to eat in public places, it would be easy to come back for lunch, etc. The host was very responsive. Great place!

    Loved the location! That was the best part for us. We are not advanced skiers so staying 20 yards from Quicksilver was very nice. The gym and pool was out of commission which kind of stunk. However, they provided an alternative at the recreation center, but that was inconvenient due to the distance away from our room. All in all, this was a great place and look forward to coming back.

    Host was very helpful. Location is excellent right at Peak 9. Wood burning fireplace. Free wood in lower parking garage. Parking is very helpful and almost necessary. Amenities were great. Plenty of cooking equipment. Great ski in/ ski out

    The app is terrible. It took many tries to get any door to open. Living room furniture is very uncomfortable! The shower head needs to be replaced because it barely spits out enough water to rinse! I showered at 9AM and lost hot water halfway through!! On a positive note the kitchen is well equipped. Too many negatives to rebook in the future

    It is very nice, but not fancy. Clean and VERY well located. Had everything we needed but we do not spend a lot of time in condo so not any cooking but looks to have what would be needed if wanted. Only thing I would suggest are plastic glasses to take wine to the hot tubs from the room. Or at least have the metal cups available at pool in room also. Slept well in main bed, didn't ask but 22 yro's slept well on murphy bed without complaints :)Great stay! FYI: pay attn to parking situation. Slightly unpleasant as communication is done via email which I don't maintain well. Text & phone I'm very responsive.

    I travel to Breckenridge each year for an annual ski trip. I've stayed in properties in many parts of town. I would rank this as the best place I have stayed. The condo is exactly as advertised and the parking beneath the building is convenient. (Note you must request parking access with your reservation as parking is limited and it's not included.)The property is at the base of Peak 9 and, although not a ski-in ski-out, it's so close that I thought it was just as convenient at ski-ins I've stayed at.There are ski rental shops in the building, next door, and in the Maggie. The Village has shops and restaurants, and the rest of town is just across the street. The check-in and check-out system is simple using their app, and the parking, doors, health club, and pool access are all unlocked using the app. Very convenient.

    Place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The location was perfect for quick access to Main Street. We loved breakfast and late afternoon relaxing on the balcony! It was a great rental.
