When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

Things to Know
This unit is located on the lower first (1st) floor. There are no elevators on property.
Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by us and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice.

    Great location and condo is fine inside. However, two issues to be aware of: (1) The master bedroom backs against the wall that has wooden steps to the building exit, so it gets real loud every night and morning as people come and go. (2) I had a hell of a time between Vacasa and VRBO about the pet being included, as Vacasa insisted on charging me additional amounts and it was only after hours on the phone with VRBO that I finally got them to reimburse me for the fee that Vacasa insisted on charging.

    Beautiful ski-in/ski-out condo. Easily walkable to local shopping and restaurants. Wonderful surprise that the queen bed was updated to a king bed. Bed was super comfortable after a long day of shopping. It was our pup's first time traveling. She loved being on the ground level close to the outdoors.

    A very nice for a modestly priced condo on 4 O’Clock Run with great friendly service. Note that we had issues with one of the bedroom heaters/thermostats but a very friendly mgmt promptly brought 2 small and easy to use space heaters that worked perfectly. Well decorated and maintained for an older condo. The master bathroom is small but very comfortable with a nice heated floor and modern tile and shower stall. The bedding is clean, warm and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. Living room is comfy. this is absolutely Ski IN - the 4 o’clock run comes right behind the unit, pop off your skis walk 10 steps into the hall where your ski locker is located. It is NOT ski out BUT take it from a ski snob - it’s almost BETTER . The ski shuttle is 8 steps from the front door, it comes every 5-10 mins and it drops you literally 6 steps from ANY chair. If you stay at most ski out places, you ski down to some cold, slow old 2-person chair and have to ride to the real chairlift in the cold. Instead, get on this very comfortable heated bus for a 2 minute ride to the super quad hi-speed chair at the Base of Peak 9.Unbelievably, this condo is actually across the street, steps, from the middle of Main Street Beckenridge and can walk or crawl to all of the bars, restaurants, shops and scene that IS Breckenridge. Absolute perfect location for skiing and Apres

    Let me preface this by saying we had a good stay here, and it is in a great location in town. Office staff were very friendly! The “ski-in” was lovely, and public/shared hot tub is right outside this unit. I do want to state it is not a true “ski out”, it’s not terribly inconvenient (a short walkvery short shuttle ride to the snowflake lift), however I do feel like it’s a bit fudging of advertising to call it ski out. Not a deal breaker just be aware of this!

    Great condo ! Loved the all widows and the natural light. Great location, 5 minute walk to town, I believe the bus stop was right in front of the condos. Bedroom were comfortable along with the rest of the condo.

    The location was good and walkable to downtown. Overall the condo was just ok. After settling we we noticed there was a heavy layer of dust on tables and dust bunnies in corners that we swept up. Also, bottom rack of the dishwasher was missing a wheel and we were only given two dishwasher tabs for 7 days stay.

    Look no further! Amazing! Beautiful condo with 2 balconies and a hot tub right outside the front door! Quiet as can be you can lay back and just hear the stream flowing from the bedroom “if you visit at the right time I’m sure that is lol”! Upon arrival the staff was very friendly, check in took less than 5 minutes and the place was spotless. Very close to all of the action. Very family friendly.
