Ski-In/Out Condo with Private Hot Tub

Hot tub was great at the end of each day. Access to the slopes would have been a very convenient walk had there been enough snow. Short 5 minute drive from main street. Will definitely stay here again.

The unit was bright and the space was much roomier than the other 3bedrooms we’ve stayed at in park city . Three full bathrooms is a plus!. It was quiet. We didn’t need a car. We enjoyed the hot tub. I REALlY appreciated that they provided soap, detergent , toilet paper & paper towels , spices etc! A blender & skillet would’ve made cooking easier. I did not find a broom or I would’ve swept kitchen,sorry! Others might want more than one tv but we were there just to ski. They also were kind enough to return our watch we left behind .We would definitely stay here again!!

Short walk to the slopes where you can ski down to the lifts, you can avoid having to walk back up at the end of the day by skiing “CB’s Run” at the top of Eagle (Also accessible via King Con).Not so convenient to downtown PC but as a family, that’s not what we were looking for so it worked great for us.

This was a great place to stay for our family ski trip and I’d recommend it to others in the future.

Overall great stay. Ski-on to the Eagle/First Time lifts and ski-off from the Silver Star residential run.Place was in perfect condition and owner is extremely responsive to any issues/questions. Hot tub is of course a huge after day on slopes.Will book again!

Nice place right on the side of the mountain, short walk to the slopes. The dining room chairs are rickety and need to replaced. Other than that a great place for winter activities.

Overall, a great place to stay. Great location. Skiing was amazing! Walk over to the lifts. End of the day was a little trickier to get back as we had to ski down an ungroomed black run, but we managed :) Owner was very responsive and quick to fix a few issues (hot tub was not working the first day - low temp, low water - but was fixed within 24 hours). Heating of the unit took a few days to figure out - we were hot! Turned off the heated floor, lowered the thermostat, but still couldn't figure out why the bedrooms were so much warmer. We had to open some windows, but unfortunately the bunk room windows didn't open (very old, need replacement). The condo could use a proper House Manual - we had to figure out a few things ourselves. Also, a few things in the listing are old - there is no stereo or CD player. There is no TV in the queen bedroom. Beds were ok but could use some new pillows/bedding. The first night, our neighbors upstairs were very loud, very late (about midnight/1am) unfortunately. It was mostly just a lot of footsteps and items being dropped? There's not much that can be done about that but just a heads up that there is a unit above this one. Also - door code given is for the side door which was confusing. We thought it was the garage door but that is different. We had everything we needed for cooking and grocery store is very close. Overall, we had a great time at the condo. Thank you.
