Great location. short walk to Trail. Had everything you needed in the house. Pool sauna and jacuzzi were great after skiing. Only drawback was they didn't open the triple chair to the trail until after we left but was just a short drive to Bear Mountain.
If the owner doesn't want people using their property, then they shouldn't be renting it out. Cabinets/closets were locked up and with messages to keep out. The fireplace was locked up so that it couldn't be used. It's a nice condo in a nice location, but I wouldn't rent this particular condo again
The advertised pictures of this property are not accurate; additionally, the amenities state fireplace and a day before check in we were told that the fireplace was red tagged and inoperable. We accessed the unit at 3:30 at which time I immediately called the customer service line and expressed my dissatisfaction, requesting to move to a different unit. I was told they would call me back and let me know. I never received a call back and was texting customer service at 10 PM in the evening. And still no answers or options for next steps. I began looking for other accommodations during the afternoon but was not sure if we would get our money back. I would not recommend this company that manages these rentals. Over the next 2 days I sent multiple texts and phone calls. This company uses a non local customer service dept that has to reach out to the local management who then tells the non local customer service agent what to tell me. Time consuming, frustrating and very POOR customer service. I would not rent a property managed by this company in the future after this experience. We had booked 2 nights at this unit; after the first night we were finally contacted, via text, and told there was no other available units and that they would credit me 1/2 of the cleaning deposit. I let them know that this was unacceptable and was extremely frustrated. Multiple texts later and still unresolved. On our final day I was called by a supervisor; who didn't notify us again until days later.
Nice location central to our fishing area.
It was a comfortable place to stay.
Clean unit with a nice amount of space for a family. Not the best setup for something like 2 couples but it's doable. We'll stocked kitchen, super comfy bed and responsive amd friendly hosts. We would stay here again!
Amenities, Monday to Friday ONLY
Clean. Perfect location to lift. Snowed non stop.
Great place in a great location. Would love to do it again next year.
Our family of five enjoyed this condo. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The location was good. We hit rainy weather and the ski on-ski off part didn't work because the slopes were closed that led to the condo, but it was very easy to get to the nearby lodge and park nearby. Our teenage and college age children love Killington. I would recommend this property.
We stayed in Killington during a long weekend in October so we could do some leaf peeping. The condo was absolutely perfect for our family with three young boys. There was plenty of space for them to run around outside, and the bunkbed room was perfect for night. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The location is very convenient to the Killington resort. We spent the day hiking and exploring there. Definitely take a gondola ride up to the peak! It’s also convenient to Woodstock without being in the middle of the tourist madness. The drive between the towns is absolutely gorgeous. We would stay here again and would love to experience the area during ski season!
Clean comfortable great place to stay when in the area for work again would definitely go back . Did miss a grill though
