Stayed Dec 21, 2025Disappointing stay due to unresolved maintenanceWe stayed at this Vacasa-managed Copper Mountain condo from December 21–27, 2025. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations due to unresolved maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, and lack of local follow-through.Issues we encountered included a microwave door that would not lock or operate, a kitchen sink that only drained when the garbage disposal was running, dirty floors and surfaces on arrival, stained shag carpet with debris, loose shower door handles, a non-functioning soap dispenser, and missing basics such as Kleenex. The coffee maker also did not align with what we expected from the listing. We contacted Vacasa on the first day of our stay and followed up multiple times throughout the week by phone and text. We were informed that a plumber would be scheduled and that the microwave would be replaced; however, during our stay, we were not contacted by local maintenance, and the issues remained unresolved. We were also informed that a credit would be issued for the unresolved items, but as of this writing, it has not been applied. The location itself is good, but the maintenance response and lack of timely local support significantly affected our stay. Clear communication paired with timely follow-through is important for a positive guest experience, and based on our experience, we would be hesitant to rent this property or any Vacasa managed property.

Stayed Feb 19, 2025Very nice and updated property, just as described. Amazing location, right in the action. Literally steps to the main lifts. Only issues we had were, the trash can was still full from previous guest. Chalk it up to a simple oversight. And we did not receive the check in instructions prior to arriving so we spent about 45 minutes texting back and forth with customer service trying to figure out which build it was and how to get in. They were very responsive but it was frustrating never the less. Once they saw that I didnt get the check in instructions, they promptly sent them and from there the process was simple. Overall outstanding experience and I would definitely stay there again...just couldnt give them 5 stars this time.

Stayed Feb 17, 2025I typically do not leave reviews, but this was by FAR the worst check-in/customer service Ive ever encountered on any of my travels. I feel the need to share it to help others avoid Vacasa and the headaches we experienced that truly ruined our trip.Every time I try to leave a review, it cuts me off with how much Im allowed to type, so here are the bullet points:-Had to ask for check in instructions the night before the trip-Couldnt find address or parking garage that I was told to find.-Talked to customer service after 45 mins of searching. Was rudely told to follow instructions in text, and then informed about how copper is located a few hours west of DIA. -Then sent another message saying i needed to go to their office at another address to get keys from a lockbox. This was not told to me in original instructions-Once at office where there was no staff on sight, the lockbox was broken and buttons could not be pressed. Next to the lockboxes, a sign read:Lockbox not working? Try hitting with this golf club- a golf club was neatly presented under the sign to use to smash the lockboxes-Called customer service again to inform them I couldn't get into the lockbox due to broken buttons, the guy laughed. He eventually told me how to get into the office to get a different key, and told me the maintenance guy would call me to help get us into the unit.-Never received a call from the Maintenance personelAVOID AT ALL COSTS! More happened, this is the short version
