This first floor studio condominium is just steps away from Snowmass Ski Area and a short walk from shops and restaurants in the Village Mall. Outside your back door, you'll quickly stumble upon the ski slope or our on-site, two-tier hot tubs. After a full day skiing, cozy up in front of your own personal wood-burning fireplace. Featuring a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa, this studio sleeps up to four people comfortably. This is the perfect location for families of four, romantic getaways,or ski trips with friends.

Laurelwood 303 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

    We love everything during our 6 days vacation in Snowman village. The apartment was very clean and perfect for 2 people . First floor near the outdoor garden & hot tub.. we have fun climbing the bed.. , perfect bathroom we love the shower. Kitchen & barbecue were clean and very functional. Walking distance to The Village mall.. food market 4/5 minutes drive. Free parking during Summer time across from the property. Laundry & Dry are in the same floor. We rented E-bike and bike to downtown Aspen.. beautiful experience.. We really recommend this property.

    The check in process was easy, the staff were super friendly!! I accidentally broke their fan, and they brought us a new one right away! We were a little bummed the hot tubs were down when we got there, we booked our room so it was super close to them. The morning we were leaving we noticed they were working again. Overall, I would recommend this property to any of my friends or family! Very peaceful and a beautiful drive in and out of the village!!

    Property was clean, well stocked (both kitchen & with blankets, sheets, towels), and had great mountain access. Hot tub was right outside the door which was an added bonus.

    We loved the unit. It was perfect for a couple. The bed is up high. So if you are shorter you may have difficulty getting in and out of bed. I love that the hot tub is 100 feet outside the back door. Very clean and comfortable.

    The location is convenient, the apartment so well done and has everything you need. Sometimes several large families would take over the court yard and were very loud .more should be done to ask them to be quiet for the sake of other guests But perfect stay other than that
