Stayed Jan 24, 2026Very much appreciated the couple hour early check in. The location of this unit on top floor of Bison was excellent. We had an issue with a ventilation fan making noise in the master bedroom, but it was taken care of right away. Was surprised to find out that their was no maid service for entire week (no fresh towels, no making of beds, no trash removal), but we survived.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024Nice room, enough for 2 families and bonus room for a family of 4. Great location in Canyons village near all the action. Westgate has great amenities (pools, shuttle, helpful staff). Am wondering whether daily room cleaning is an option?

Stayed Mar 1, 2024The suites were clean, as pictured and there was plenty of room. The resort was spotless and well maintained and the property/area was beautiful. Most of the resort staff were so polite and helpful (except the front desk woman), but, the resort was confusing to navigate having so many levels. The shuttle service is AMAZING. We took advantage of the complimentary ski valet and lockers/boot dryers. It is a short walk to the slopes on property from the resort. The large indoor/outdoor pool area was nice and had two small outdoor hot tubs. The robes/slippers in room were a nice touch. Vrbo management did reply to our 2 text requests/questions timely, though they were unable to assist (hard bed/no mattress topper & TVs not working). The in-suite laundry was great. There is onsite shopping and dining. Where there can be improvement: the comforter was dirty and there were low quality and limited kitchen supplies, & no extra blankets. If you are interested in activities other than dinning, skiing or swimming - they are all offsite (ice skating, snow mobile, etc.). Overall I would rate it 4/5 stars. If the bed/supplies were corrected I would then say it could be 5/5. I did find it pricey for what it was (and compared to other nearby resorts) but the shuttle service may have evened that out (not sure it’s offered at other places or at the quality)...I wrote a very detailed review up but this text box limits characters so I have highlighted what I thought was most important...
