Ski-in Ski-Out Great Views Extra Large Living Room Top Floor Two Balconies

We really enjoyed the ski in ski out property!!!

Sunstone is a true ski-in, ski-out and our top floor condo was spacious and comfortable. Both bedrooms were nicely furnished (loved the extra hangers and humidifiers) and the living room was very large. We had some trouble with the circuit breaker for the master bedroom and bath, but the manager sent a maintenance tech within a half hour of my contacting them to resolve the issue. Very good communication and responsiveness. Would stay with them again.

This is my fourth time staying at this property. It does not disappoint. From the underground parking, the luggage carts, the comfortable lobby, to the awesome view from every room.

Everything as expected and excellent condition! Quiet and spacious. Definitely will rent this unit again!

We chose this place for the view. Unfortunately, smoke ruined that completely. We would have appreciated instructions for the operation of the lights and fans, which sometimes went on and off unexpectedly. This place was very livable and comfortable.

What a beautiful facility, grounds and unit. The condo was equipped with such nice appliances and extras right down to the clocks and power plugins supplied on each side of the beds. Fans and humidifiers and very well appointed kitchen. The view was incredible morning and evening. The condo gets hot from the sun shining I but using the supplied shades made a huge difference. Thanks for a great stay!

Tremendous views. And a great location for visiting a great number of sites in the East Sierras. The pool and hottub were terrific bonuses (and the building not very full during the summer season which was nice. So, peaceful mostly).

This place does not disappoint. Amazing view of the White Mountains. Kitchen comes complete with everything you need. Also has two BBQ grills and all the tools you need.

We love this complex and this is our favorite unit. The owner takes real pride with this home and it shows.

excellent ski in - ski out condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. The building is located right next to Eagle lodge for a truly ski-in/ski-out experience. The unit was clean and very spacious with a living room that is much larger than many of the other units in this building. Since it is a top floor unit, it also has absolutely gorgeous views from the living room! We would love to stay here again!

Great stay as always. The property manager always gets back to me promptly. The unit is clean and as advertised. Sunstone is our fav lodge in Mammoth for its true ski in ski out access.

We really enjoyed this lovely “home away from home” unit with beautiful views of the sunrise & sunset over the snow-covered mountains. The ski-in, ski-out location was excellent, with our own personal locker. The unit was super clean, well-stocked and very comfortable. The check in process was flawless, as well as excellent communication with property manager. Overall, our experience was amazing. We can’t wait to return!

Great location, very spacious, beautiful views, and all efficiencies. Very comfortable for a family of 4 to 6 with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Well-equipped for easy use. Easy access to ground level parking. Would definitely return to this condo again!

This place lives up to the buzz. Clear instructions on how to check in and parking. Plenty of carts to bring up the luggage. Locker for the skis. Ski right on the slopes! The room has an awesome view. Power blackout shades were a plus!

The place was nice and in great location. Easy access to restaurants and lift. Definitely return this place next time we are in town.

It is a very nice unit but nowhere in the property description does it tell you that they have a very strict ONE CAR PER UNIT parking policy. And there is no convenient overflow parking available. We were there at low season and the garage was empty but the numerous signs made it clear that use of more than one slot would get you towed. No exceptions. We will not rent here again.

The area is beautiful and a well maintained property. We didnt receive the check in instructions until we got to the location which added some confusion. The views are beautiful.

Prompt service to our needs were met. Spectacular view of mountains from condo. Condo equipped with all we needed. Location was near restaurants and not far from spectacular lakes and scenic drives.

We really loved our stay. Having two master bedrooms was ideal for traveling with my husbands twin sister and her partner. Great to come home to at the end of a long day hiking. Would definitely stay again!

Our group of 2 couples stayed here after Labor Day. This is a comfortable condo. The views are stunning and it was nice and quiet. It suited our needs for the most part. I would say there were a few things to be aware of. The kitchen is pretty small, and there was only one large dull knife to prepare food with. There is no ac or central heating which is disclosed in the listing but there is also no screen on the only window/door (ventilation) in one of the bedrooms so it got pretty warm in there. There are ceiling fans but fresh air would have been much better. We had a few issues that were responded to quickly: The freezer drawer froze shut and then stopped making ice. One of the blow dryers was broken. The manager offered to send someone out but since we were leaving the next morning we opted to let them fix it after we left. All in all we enjoyed this condo.

Sunstone 307 is a unique unit as it’s 2 decks face the Sherwin Valley and they have an amazing view of Mammoth Rock!

A perfect 3 night stay for my wife and myself with 2 friends. Beautiful view, great layout for 2 couples. Updated amenities. Well stocked kitchen. Our host was prompt to answer our questions and address any concerns. Very friendly and accommodating. Will book again in the future for certain.
