Stayed Jan 1, 2025We loved our stay at this property. The parking garage easily fit our large SUV (Jeep Wagoneer). Ski in / ski out was perfect - right near two super chairs for Peak 8 and you can also traverse over to a couple smaller chairs for the beginner areas if needed. Loved having digital keypad for property entry and condo entry. The kitchen set up was really easy - just make the food and then hand it right over to folks eating. The table comfortably seats 8. This kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens we've seen in a variety of VRBO stays. Tons of towels for bathrooms and hot tubs. Hot tubs were packed on one night - get to that area early if it is important to you. Loved that entry to condo has tons of hooks, a bench to take boots off, and is tiled so that you can pile up wet stuff and not track into the condo. Shared laundry - nice large area, bring quarters, dryers are massive. We will definitely stay there again if we go back to Breck.

Stayed Apr 3, 2024Condos are located right next to Peak 8’s lifts and restaurants. The hot tub area was our favorite part of the place.

Stayed Mar 25, 2024This our second year at this property and it never disappoints. Perfect location to just pop off the slope, grab lunch and get back at it. The hot tub was the perfect way to end a long day and sooth those tired legs! Can't wait to go back.

Stayed Feb 22, 2024Our family absolutely loved our stay. Location can’t be beat . Ski out your door down to the lifts of peak 8. Easily ski in from either peak 7 or peak 8 . Wonderful balcony to watch all the skiers go down the mountain . Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Hot tub was nice and this unit is just a couple doors down from the ski locker , hot tubs, fitness area and sauna . If we make it back to Breckenridge in the future we will definitely stay here! We drove to town, but you can easily access town using the free Breck bus or gondola from the base of peak 8 which is a very short walk . Our only complaint is that some of the kitchen chairs were pretty wobbly and either need to be tightened or replaced in the near future. Overall our stay was amazing !

Stayed Dec 30, 2023Just down the hallway to the hot tubs, ski lockers, and parking garage. For the non-skiers, you can watch your skiers from your balcony which was great !
