Ski-In Penthouse in Breckenridge w/ Pool Access!

This was our second stay at Wendy’s condo. Everything was as perfect as last time. Such an easy ski-in ski-out! Hot tubs are a plus. Thanks for another memorable stay!

This one bedroom condo on the 6th floor had a great view to the mountains and ski in and out of access directly to the back entrance of the condominium. Few steps to the lift after you get outside, extremely convenient. A few blocks to downtown to enjoy a nightlife or shopping. There is free parking outside of the condominium. The condo itself was so mesmerizing, made you feel you are in a fairyland with all the beautiful and characteristic design. Just a beautiful stay.

We stayed a month and loved it! Cozy condo and great location. True ski in / ski out. Kitchen was well stocked with nice cookware and dinnerware. Not cheap stuff that you typically find in most rentals. Would definitely stay here again. Aimee with Evolve was great! She is very responsive. It was nice to have personal communication verses texts with most rental management. One of the best places we rented.

Location is as perfect as it’s listed. Skip to chairlifts, ski right to the back entry. Conveniently place skis in secure downstairs room. Backs into the center of town. The unit is super cozy and decorated very mountain chic. Advice to renters for any unit, ask about function of amenities to be sure all is working during your stay. The indoor jacuzzi was under repair and the primary shower and primary sink weren’t working during our stay.all else was flawless and management was in constant contact. Highly recommend to any couple and or small family.

The condo we stayed in had everything we needed to make our trip comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The gas fireplace warmed you up in minutes. All we had to do was walk out back to get to Quicksilver lift and a five minute walk took us to Beaver Run lift. Had a question regarding TV someone was there in minutes to help. Loved the unit and if I buy a place in Breckenridge I am hiring Evolve to manage it.

They thought of everything to make it beautiful and enjoyable. The kitchen had every single thing we needed or wanted. We will definitely stay at this unit again if it's available!

Our stay was great. Loved the decor and all the amenities. Located within a short walk to downtown Breck and the slopes. I would definitely stay here again. I do recommend an improvement to the check-in process. Add that the PMI office is upstairs and the building number was incorrect in your instructions. Also your instructions to get to the condo were vague and difficult to figure out. The directions reads like the condo is located past the Trails End building not in it. Besides these initial challenges we loved our stay and would recommend it.

I cannot recommend this condo enough! It is so cozy, beautiful, extremely clean, and the perfect ski-in ski-out location. From check-in to check-out, everything was a seamless process. 10/10 would stay again!
