This ski-in unit is on the quiet side of 'Grand Sierra Lodge' - the nicest and newest part of The Village Resort Hotel. It is facing Forest Trail, overlooking the main entrance to The Village, and has a nice view of the mountains and ski-back trail and new bridge. You will not hear any of the bar noise that many of the other condos have and this unit is nice and cool in the summer. This beautiful condominium is nestled in the heart of the new Village at Mammoth, providing easy access to the many unique shops, restaurants, and the Village Gondola! It is one of the few larger one bedroom condos in the Village (plan 1B) and is considerably bigger than the average one bedroom Village condo. This one bedroom, one bathroom unit is very clean and updated and has a 5-star rating!

This unit is beautifully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and oven range, etc., and a nice private balcony with a view. The condo has been upgraded with two large LCD flat-panel HD televisions, free wireless Wi-Fi high speed internet access, gas fireplace (seasonal).

The bedroom has a king-sized bed and television. The living room has a queen-sized sofa sleeper bed (good for one adult or two small children). This unit is all one level on the fourth floor with easy elevator access. On the first floor, there is a gigantic heated pool (even in the winter), several Jacuzzi spas, exercise room, game room, and ski locker room (bring your own lock). This non-smoking unit sleeps up to 4 people and has one free unassigned covered parking space in the covered garage. Guests/renters need to obtain their own travel insurance in case they may need to cancel for any reason. Carry snow tire chains for your vehicle.

THE VILLAGE COMPLEX DESCRIPTION
There are three Lodges nestled in the heart of The Village at Mammoth, their architecture adding to the European mountain village flair. From any of them, you have access to the many shops and restaurants The Village boasts throughout the open air plaza, without needing any form of transportation except your own two feet! You will feel transported back to a more relaxed time, without sacrificing any of the amenities of modern life. Many of the restaurants have outdoor seating areas year-round, allowing a wonderful opportunity for people watching. In the winter season you will see all sorts of skiers and snowboarders passing by as they go from their lodging to the gondola for access to the Canyon Lodge and lifts. Scattered throughout The Village are fire pits for warmth and atmosphere. Saturdays, children gather for 'Stories and S'mores' around the fire. In warm weather, you can bask in the sun and enjoy the events scheduled in the central plaza.
The Lodges are named Grand Sierra Lodge, White Mountain Lodge, and Lincoln House. There are two private outdoor spas, guest ski storage and an indoor Fitness Center in each building. There is access-controlled underground parking, with clearly marked elevators for each building. Access to the elevator is by using the electronic key to your condo. The building management has exterior security video cameras in the parking areas and outside the building which may be used to protect the Property.
