This is a beautiful ski-in, walk out condo on Ski Hill Road with 4 separate sleeping spaces and 3 bathrooms with 1400 sq ft. Located in the heart of Breckenridge, this condo is walking distance to Main Street, shopping and restaurants. A short walk to the gondola, and ski home down 4 O'Clock Run and walk next door from Mountain Thunder. The property has 2 onsite hot tubs, a pool, laundry, covered parking, elevator, and just steps away from the free shuttle that will take you anywhere in town or on the mountain. It is hard to find a better location with more onsite amenities than Ski Hill condos. The interior of the condo is roomy with an open kitchen and great room with a sunny breakfast nook with views of the town and Mount Baldy, and a large dining area that seats 8. The gas fireplace and flat screen TV allows the whole family to gather and be comfortable. The sleeping rooms are very versatile, a master suite with a king bed and in suite gorgeous slate tile bathroom and a view of the peaks; a second bedroom with a new queen and twin bunk where guests can use the hall bath. Upstairs is a loft where 2 twins can be configured as a king, a bathroom and a view of the peaks. Off of the loft is a separate room with a queen bed. The condo also offers a large, fully stocked kitchen and a separate dining area that seats 8. This ski hill condo offers everything you are looking for during your ski vacation, comfort, amenities, location, and convenience.

    This property is fabulous from the standpoint of access to Main Street downtown and lift access. It's less than 5 minute walk to the gondola and downtown. The property was clean and with many amenities. We will be back.

    Short Walk to Main Street and on the end of 4Oclock Run. Very well appointed. We mostly ate out every meal but property had everything needed included coffee and filters.

    This property was just terrific to stay in. We had 8 adults and stayed three nights in February 2022. The condo was clean, big, and had four different private sleeping areas. Perfect for four couples. We could not be more pleased with the small things. The spices, laundry detergent, and all the supplies. We have never rented and had so much offered. The walk to the Gondola couldn't have been easier. The hot tub was big enough for everyone. We would go back!

    Can’t say enough about Ski Hill 43. The owners have stocked this place with everything so your packing can be much easier. Laundry supplies, hand soaps and sanitizer wipes in every room. Dish tabs/soap, even ziplock baggies to keep your phone dry on the slopes. Bus stop and gondola short walk and ski-in right next door to condo. Well stocked kitchen with every spice you can imagine to make preparing meals easier. Can’t thank Mike enough for his ease of communication and flexibility!

    Place was perfect for us. We had 3 dads and 4 boys. All had a bed and no one slept on the couch. Very close to everything, we walked to Main as well as gondola. Condo is stacked w/ everything you need and clean. If not brand new carpet it is w/in a 6 months. On the 3rd floor but the elevator is 5 steps away. We will rent this again! Also, the pictures do not do the front room justice - it looks a lot better in person. Owner is very responsive and gave us all we needed.

    We will definitely rent this unit again!! The location was perfect for walking to town, grocery store, liquor store, gondola, restaurants, etc. I did not try the ski run back to the condo but my family did. The unit is super close to the hot tub, as well! The kitchen had every utensil, and even a healthy spice drawer!—We brought a lot from home not expecting anything other than salt and pepper. This is easily one of our favorite VRBO experiences!!

    We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the gondola and Main Street. There was plenty of space for our group of 6. I feel the pictures do not do this place justice. The living room is open and the large window gives a great view of the mountains. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and everything was updated. I highly recommend this condo. Breckenridge is our favorite ski town.
