Ski-In Breck Condo: Walk to Shops & Restaurants!

Looks new inside, very clean & comfortable with a nice view out back. Lives up to the pictures. Up 2 short flights of stairs. Great rack for skis and boards. Lots of coat hooks. Ski lift is an easy walk slightly uphill walk, 5 min or so. Charter Sports rental & ticket office by the lift. End of day 4 o'clock run takes you right up to the back of the condos. No directions in the unit. We just checked Google maps satellite view & walked out back to see what to look for. About 15 min to walk to town, a bit uphill going back. Negatives (all minor): A floor fan would be a nice to move air and drown out any noises, like the upstairs unit leaving for the airport at 5 a.m. lol. Not informed about fire extinguisher & first aid kit under kitchen sink. Fireplace is gas but there are no instructions for the remote. Bring extra bath soap, the thin one provided did not last long. No USB ports by the bed, only an outlet on the far side. There are no shades on the living room slider so no privacy for anyone on the sofa bed or when you walk from the master to the bathroom. A few of the shades are very stiff to operate. The one light in the master can only be turned on from the far side of the bed. No instructions were provided for the thermostat and it was running on a program and set to the wrong time. All said, I would not hesitate to stay there again and whole heartedly recommend it!

The perfect location for us In Breckenridge. Older property but completely updated and very comfortable. It was an easy walk to a ski lift and you could ski virtually back to your doorstep! An easy walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Breck. Wouldn’t hesitate booking again for our next trip to Breck!

The place was so cute, clean, and cozy, we LOVED the fireplace. Very easy to walk into Brek town. Nespresso was nice. The only negative was that the upstairs neighbors footsteps were super loud, so maybe not the best rental for light sleepers.

Perfect unit for a stay in the mountains. Close to hiking trails, Breck free ride bus stop, and Main St.

The condo was clean and in a convenient/walkable location to Main Street for our July two-night stay. 3 points we did not expect with this condo...1) The listing stated...Suitable for Elderly. The actual elevation from the parking level requires climbing 3 flights of stairs. 2) The layout with surrounding walkways and other condos does not afford much privacy so most of the window shades had to be kept closed. 3) The bedroom is tight with only a queen bed and nitestand. You will be comfortable in this condo if you are OK with these issues.

Location is great and as advertised. Ski in from 4 O’Clock trail and a 2 block walk (uphill) to the Snowflake chair. Check in and communication all good and easy. It’s great for 2 people. The bedroom is small with minimal furnishings, of course only sleeping there but only room for one nightstand. Kitchen equipped. Fireplace turns on with switch on the wall, ignore the instructions- it’s lovely!Overall clean and easy for a week of skiing at Breckenridge!

This Breckenridge condo with ski in, ski out was exactly as advertised. Loved the location, pull out was very comfortable. Owner was very quick to answer any questions I had. Would love to stay again, for longer next time!

I could not locate the dumpster

This is my first time ever booking a trip… Ever and let me just say this overall experience with this app and the owner staying in communication with me, the entire time will be the primary reason as to why I come back! Thank you guys for a smooth stay. And what a lovely home you had I hope I have the pleasure of staying again one day.

This unit is in a convenient location in walking distance to town with nice views and lots of windows in the main living space. The kitchen is updated with nice appliances and fully stocked with any kitchen item you might need. The bathroom has a nice shower. I would highly recommend it.

The condo was very quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking materials. All of the appliances are new. The bed was comfortable. Check in and check out went smoothly. I had to contact property management about the location of the parking pass. She got back to me promptly.

Stream outside the deck was the perfect add on!

The property was great for a quick weekend getaway.
