Parking is at a premium with a private parking space in the heated garage.

Lionshead Square Lodge is adjacent to the Lionshead gondola, so adventure is a short walk, in any direction, at any moment. Get out and enjoy! North Tower #294 offers just under 1000 square feet of living space, including a master bedroom with a comfortable king bed, and a pullout sofa in the living room. This residence is beautifully appointed with granite countertops, lovely finishes, and high end showers. There is a fabulous workout room just down the hallway and a secluded hot tub and sauna. A full-size swimming pool and hot tubs are available for your soaking and splashing pleasure at the neighboring Lionsquare Lodge, as is the delicious El Sabor Restaurant.

    We stayed at Lionshead Lodge North and enjoyed our stay so very much at a 1 bedroom. The condo was clean and very spacious enough for my two boys to sleep on the pull out couch and pull out chair very comfortably. The balcony and pretty table was so nice to have coffee each morning, and I loved the coffee from the lobby very much. It is coffee local to Vail and delicious. You can walk to town in 2 minutes under the Arrabelle and are right in the middle of Lionshead. If you have young children definitely bring scooters and we rented bikes from Black Tie bike shop very close to the condo. Enjoy a yummy breakfast at the little Diner before. Loved their biscuits and gravy. We loved the pool at the main lodge but also enjoyed the hot tub at our building. Very convenient location. Close to bus stop and all stores and restaurants. Loved the little park close to us (see photo) and the general store being a 2 minute walk was so nice. Blue moose pizza is great to get to go and enjoy a picnic on the lodge lawn by the river. Very close access to the river and beautiful walk to vail village on the Gore creek trail. We will definitely be back at this condo!

    Vail and Lionshead are great place to stay and ski. The apartment had the usual feel of ski apartment (all beige and functional, and pretty bullet proof). The couches were especially comfy. The satellite TV and Netflix did not work well, it constantly paused for the first ten minutes of a show, while it was loading. It needs a faster internet connection.

    This unit is in “Lionsquare North” which is a completely different building than “Lionsquare South”. Lionsquare South is the building that has the ski in/ski out, nice hot tubs and pool that are depicted in the pictures. To get to the South building you have to walk through a parking lot. There is a hotel separating the two buildings. To get to the gondola from Lionsquare North you have to walk through the village. It is not far but it is definitely not ski in/ski out.The unit itself is very dated and lacks basic kitchen supplies. After asking the front desk for a corkscrew because the unit didn’t have one, they told me that the owners of this unit chose to not use their property management services and they couldn’t help me. I still had an amazing time, but that was because the skiing and my friends were great. This condo unit is not as advertised and I won’t be staying there again. .

    We have been coming to Lionshead to ski for years in various tentals on & off the moubtain. This was by far the easiest place we have ever stayed- central to everything we needed. The place had all the amenities we needed.

    Nicely finished out condo at base by Gondala. Well stocked kitchen, close to shops, covered parking. They check the skis across the parking lot and down a short sidewalk right at the snow across from the gondala entrance.

    This condo is conveniently located in Lionshead, it’s easy walking distance to vail village and can easily access bus. We like to hike so we did the berry picker which is very close to where we stayed. Vail has a bus line called the hiker express that takes you out to various trails so you don’t have to worry about parking. We spent mornings having coffee on the patio, we used the grill one night too to make dinner. The property has a pool, two hot tubs that we took advantage of. Overall very satisfied with our stay.
