After a few runs at Breckenridge Ski Resort, it’s time for lunch. If you’re staying in Ski Hill Condo, there’s no need buy an expensive meal on the mountain. Just pop your skis off at the bottom of Four O’ Clock Run and walk half a block back to your condo! Then, walk across the street and hop on the Gondola and catch some more runs. This condo is perfectly located; you and your group will love it! You’ll also enjoy access to a shared pool and hot tub!

Ski Hill Off Piste Condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s perfect for groups of up to eight, that offers a great location with all the amenities you want and expect from a ski vacation condo. It’s in a prime location just one block from Downtown Breckenridge and across the street from the Gondola (about 100 yards) and the bottom of Four O’ Clock Run.

Inside, the condo is well designed with a comfortable living area with new furniture, a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, and large windows that let plenty of natural light. There’s a spacious dining room with a gorgeous dining room table that seats six with room for two more at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a memorable meal in the mountains or prepare some hors d'oeuvres for your gang before you go hit the town.

The Ski Hill complex also features elevators to access your condo and complimentary Wi-Fi. And as with all SMR properties, there is complimentary Wi-Fi and the home is stocked with fresh linens and towels as well as basic toiletries. All of our homes are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and our friendly staff is available 24/7 so you can rest assured your vacation is as worry-free as possible.

    This condo was perfect for our family trip! Walking distance to main street and nice views from the balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable and the fire was so easy to work!

    Ski slopes were easy to access. Would have been nice if Hot Tub hours were earlier than 10am, would have liked to wake up and go into hot tubs before skiing. Master Bed mattress needs to be updated not super comfortable. Pull out couch also need updated there is a major slant in the head portion leaving your feet elevated. Bunk beds are awesome! Kids loved them. Location is perfection! In unit laundry would also be nice as you are waiting for others to finish cycles. Nothing terrible that would hinder me from booking again!

    Great location close to gondola and ski back. Humidifiers, fans, and many other little amenities made our stay much nicer. Had a hard time sleeping in the bunked queen beds as there's very little ventilation so the air gets quite warm. No windows in that bedroom.

    The location is great. The building is well-maintained, hot tub is good, and ski locker is indoors, heated, and large. The unit itself needs attention. Pros: enough living and dining seating for 6 people. Cons- Bedding is old. Pillows are either flat or lumpy. At least 2 of the 3 comforters have holes. A improperly put together kitchen stool fell apart when my 100lb daughter sat on it. (My husband re-installed the loose hardware to the best of his ability). There were no extra lightbulbs, and the single bulb in one of the bathrooms was out for the final 3 days of our stay. We were also lacking the other bathroom for the first 24 hours- we arrived to find the toilet covered in a black plastic bag and a property manager at our door investigating water leaking into the unit below. The kitchen is sparsely stocked. It lacks a griddle, leftover storage, potholders, and basic consumables (foil, oil etc.). Mgmt. brought a slow cooker and extra wine glasses at my request (I had asked about the cooker before arrival, & only 1 wine glass was present at arrival). I don’t expect perfection and regularly give 5 stars to properties. This unit is the exception. Terrible bedding and 4 days of not-fully-functional bathrooms (out of 6) are major problems. Constant issues requiring communication with mgmt. makes for a stressful vacation. A little attention would go a long way here.

The elevator made it super easy to get to the second floor. The kitchen was a little small but totally functional. We had a great time as a family and took advantage of the outdoor grill, pool & hot tubs.
