Very comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. Summit House is only a 3-4 minute walk to Center Village and the American Eagle chairlift. You can ski to within 100 feet of the condo on the groomed trail that runs behind the Copper Mountain Inn and Timber Creek condos.
With 800 square feet of space, this two bedrooms condo is great for 6 people or a small family. The first bedroom has a King Bed. The second bedroom has 2 Queen Beds.

Stayed Mar 4, 2026Very good location in Central village. We walked everywhere ! Condo was spacious, clean and well appointed. Mountain views were spectacular ! The humidifiers were an extra touch and very much appreciated. I would certainly stay here again.

Stayed Feb 24, 2026We had no direct contact with the host. The amenities were generally in good condition and clean. We had a few minor issues (light bulbs, some initial difficulty with dishwasher), but the property management company on site was super helpful and prompt! The kitchen was well stocked, the living area and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the upgraded bathrooms were very nice. The ski locker was large and very conventient. The condo was an easy walk to Center VIllage. Great location!

Stayed Mar 20, 2025Location is where its at with this rental. Property was five minutes walk from the American Flyer and American Eagle lifts in Center Village.Property was clean, although, the property decor was a little dated, particularly, the couches and lighting. That being said, I would definitely use the rental again.

Stayed Feb 26, 2025The condo is fine, the large bedrooms and comfy sitting area are the best parts. Condo is showing it's age. Wasn't as stocked as other ski condo's we've rented, but it was clean, comfortable and location was good. That's why it's 4 stars not 5.
