Our host made sure our stay was pleasant from the minute that we booked. Was very accommodating!The home was very comfortable for our family and the location was amazing!

The condo is conveniently located and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and look forward to returning!

I came here with a group of friends for the weekend. This is a wonderful place and really have everything. The owner is very easy to contact . I do plan on staying here again.

We are a family of 5 with kids ages 8, 7, and 3. This condo was great for us! The boys loved the loft bunkbeds and everyone enjoyed the climbing wall. We had some very snowy days, so the climbing wall always provided some fun diversions. In addition, Melissa, the owner, could not have been more solicitous. She checked in on us multiple times during our visit to see if we needed anything or if the condo was to our liking. In addition, she went above and beyond as we were in town during a major storm and did not have chains for our car. (It's a large 4WD SUV, but still.) Melissa called multiple stores in town trying to find us some chains and even looked into purchasing them for us used through a locals-only website. I was very impressed and appreciative of this extra help that was in no way expected or required. When we are back in Mammoth, we will definitely check back to see if this place is available. I highly recommend it!

We stayed over new years weekend. I've never stayed this far from the lifts and was nervous. Best. Decision. Ever. We got in late afternoon. So great not needing keys and having to stop by a property management company. The unit had jazz music on and a welcome gift of beanies. Wonderful. The owner texted me throughout the trip and made sure we had everything needed. The unit was fully stocked (coffee pods !!!) and super clean. There was shuttle service to the lifts. Couldn't ask for anything more. My kids loved the unit--wall climbing, really? Haha. Will definitely stay again

We spent Thanksgiving week at the Powpad with two families - 3 adults, 5 girls and 2 dogs. The space was comfy with all the amenities plus needed to enjoy our week. The wood stove kept us stoked with warmth and ambience during the cold winter nights. The beds were perfect with all grateful for the wonderful nights sleep. We had a nice storm on the last night with over a foot of snow! The parking lot and side walks were cleared within a couple hours enabling an easy exit to load our car and hit the road! Thank you Melissa for being a wonderful host and being accessible for anything that may have come up! Highly recommended! The Patrick's

Can't beat Mammoth and June for a quick, fun family getaway. This place was great, centrally located and still had privacy. We fished in the morning, hiked all day, relaxed in the hot tub at night... and slept soundly in the comfy beds. The place was clean with plenty of room for our family of four. The owners are really responsive and helpful. Strongly recommend the Powpad

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There was some concern by those in our party that a pet friendly rental would not be to the same standards as those that don't allow pets. We were impressed with the cleanliness and stylish finishings. This deluxe property was much nicer than many we've stayed in near the village. Super convenient to restaurants and grocery shopping. Our family has been vacationing in mammoth for years so it was a walk down memory lane to be on this side of town! Loved the property! We will be back this winter to ski and hopefully staying at powpad!

If you are looking to explore all that Mammoth has to offer, this condo is the perfect place to be! We were two families traveling with 4 kids total (ranging in age from 8 to 15) and the space was just right for all. This was our first summer experience in Mammoth and we enjoyed every moment. As two active families from the Truckee/Tahoe area we were able to thoroughly embrace all the activities we love to do. Hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, and even skiing in the summer, were all just moments away. The town is so well equipped for shuttle services or biking to just about everything (even stores, restaurants, bars and coffee shops). This was especially great for our older kids. The condo had all the comforts of home. Extremely clean, comfy and well stocked with everything you need for a great getaway! The climbing wall and the two fat tire bikes were added bonuses! Melissa the owner was so easy and kind to work with from start to beginning, always available and easy to reach. We can't wait to come back and stay again this winter. This was a home run hit for our families. You won't be disappointed!!
