Our Unit 1518, on the top floor located on the “preferred” west side with morning sun is a New Rental to Phoenix on the Bay. Outstanding Panoramic View of the Bay and Ocean, this two bedroom is beautiful as it is decorated to “The Nines!” Because our unit wasn't a rental unit, the furnishings are not typical of a condo rental.
The living room is bright and spacious with hard wood floors, a beautiful grey queen couch w/pullout sofa bed, leather recliner and designer

Stayed Jul 9, 2021The condo was nice with a great view but it really needed cleaned. With having a baby crawling around on the floor, his knees and feet were very dirty from the floor being so dirty. It was extremely dusty under all the furniture, there was a mask and dirty socks under the master bed and The dishwasher smelled like it hasn’t been ran in months. Besides the cleanliness of the condo, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the patio furniture.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025We had a great time! The condo was amazing - so clean and well cared for. The pool, lazy river and water slide were an absolute hit for my kids! Just an all around great stay. Larry could not have been more kind and communicative through the booking process and even called to make sure things were going well. We’ll be back - 10/10 highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 25, 2024We loved our stay at this property! By far the most comfortable mattresses of all the beach vacations we have had. The layout and size is perfect for a group or family of 4 or 5. They even had a toddler bed with a rail available for us to use. The furniture was comfortable. Its very close to parking and a easy walk to the pools. Our girls loved the lazy river and the water slide. We will definitely be back here! Thank you for a great stay!

Stayed May 23, 2024The owner was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay! The condo is simply gorgeous! The condo was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, the appliances looked brand new, the king bed was very comfortable, the decor was beautiful, and we enjoyed having an ice machine! We had a large group with a total of 8 condo units booked and this condo was by far the nicest! We are looking forward to staying at this condo again next year!!
