Stroll up the steps and enter this lovely third floor condo and you'll instantly know you made the right choice. Bright walls and gleaming wood floors will usher in the beginning of your Beach Vacation. Take a deep breath - it's time to relax! This home has a wonderful layout that allows for your family to be together and also to have a little quiet time when needed, as well.

The first thing you will notice is the simply decadent Kitchen. It isn't often you see a kitchen this spacious in a 2 Bedroom Condo. The Chef in the family is sure to be delighted by how well stocked it is. No doubt you will find everything you need to make mealtime a breeze. The Kitchen overlooks the Living Area making it easy to still enjoy the family while cooking. The large Island with seating is great for a quick bite before hitting the Beach, or relaxing with a quiet meal in! Not one to cook while on Vacation No problem, there are a number of fantastic dining options just a short stroll away while calling Silver Shores home. There is a convenient Washer/Dryer located just off the kitchen making it easy to toss in a load of laundry.

The gorgeous and open Living Area has been thoughtfully designed,as well. With oversized, comfy furniture, Free WiFi, and Satellite TV, you'll love chilling in the AC here after a fun-filled day on our beautiful beach. Just off the Living Area is a great large Balcony that you won't want to leave. The private balcony is the perfect place to start your day with morning coffee then wind down in the evening with a glass of your favorite wine while taking in that sweet salty air and watching the moon dance on the ocean.

We just love the layout of this Condo so much - the Primary Bedroom, at the far end of the home near the entrance, is very private and away from the Living Area. Adorned with cool calming Blues and Grays, a super cozy King Bed, and Flat Screen TV, this Primary bedroom will have you ready for your next visit as soon as it’s time to go! The gorgeous Primary Bath has a Walk-in Shower, perfect for freshening up after those long days of fun in the sun!.

Bedroom 2 is just down the hall and absolutely perfect for your special loved ones, sleeping up to 4 comfortably with a Queen and Full Bed. Another Full Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo is conveniently located near Bedroom 2, as well as being convenient to the Living Area. Please note that parking is located under the building with a 7ft clearance.

    Great location, easily accessible unit. Plenty of space and beautiful balcony with views of both the bay and the ocean! We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean minus a few dishes the prior guests must have not cleaned well. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and will definitely be back. Thanks for having us!

    We had a wonderful week at Silver shores! Will definitely be back! The condo had everything you needed. Very clean upon arrival also! If stairs are a issue this is located on 3rd floor. Was not a issue for our family, we loved it.

    Very nice rental -- close to the beach, ample space for 6 people. I don't think 8 people would fit very well. Parking was nice and well lit. 50 stairs to get to the unit -- might be a challenge for some. Rental agency was excellent.
