Welcome to our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo at The Silver King Hotel.

Beautifully upgraded condo with granite, marble, wood, and stone throughout. Park City Mountain Resort is right outside the back door. There are also several bus route stops right outside.

**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
Find all the comforts of home, and then some. For families with small children, slide the opaque glass barn door open, and enjoy a large one-bedroom condo with a king size bed for mom and dad, and a queen size bed for the kids. For older children and adults, the opaque glass barn door divides the space into a large master bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom on one side, and a smaller second bedroom room with a queen size bed and a separate entryway through the living room, each room with its own closet. The unit has a king size bed in the master bedroom area and a queen size bed in the bonus room area. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa making the total sleeping capacity six people.
All new stainless steel appliances in kitchen, water and ice served from refrigerator door.
Drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig coffee maker – bring your favorite blend or k-cups.
Completely upgraded kitchen, granite counter tops, marble back-splash, porcelain tile floor.
Small television in kitchen swivels for viewing from the kitchen or from the bar.

1 or 2 bedroom configuration has a king size bed in the master bedroom area and a queen size bed in the bonus room area. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa.

**LOCATION**
The Silver King Hotel is located at the last bus stop before the buses get to the Park City Mountain Resort (or the first stop after they leave the resort). Any bus that goes to the resort also passes right by the condo's front door. If you prefer to walk, almost anything you need is within a mile away of the condo, including the downtown area. If you leave through the back door of the condo, First Time Lift is located on the other side of the parking lot (roughly a few hundred yards away).

**GETTING AROUND**
The free buses stop directly in front of the Silver King Hotel. They will take you anywhere you need to go in Park City. The bus drivers are very helpful in guiding you to your destination. If you require other forms of transport, Park City Host can provide it.

    The Silver King was nice. Unit 315 was below standard. The dishes and silverware were dirty. The kitchen had nothing to clean with - no sponges no towels, limited glass ware and again dishes dirty. There was nothing to cook with accept oil and salt and pepper. Nothing to store food in or cover it with. This was the most scarce kitchen I have ever experienced. The master bath sink was clogged and we asked for it to be addressed - someone came to agree it was clogged and no plumber return to fix it so the master bath tub did not drain. The washing machine did not take the soap - it just stayed in the center console and was not dispersed through out the wash. The walk across the street to ski was convenient. Second bedroom very small. There are plenty of other places to stay for the same price, so we will chose elsewhere next time.

    The condo is listed as a two-bedroom. It is only a one-bedroom with a curtain and glass barn door dividing the room. The condo needs an update and a deep clean. Black dirt in the drinking water and ice. I’m in-sure the sheets and towels were clean. Cookie crumbs and other crumbs fell out of the sofa when we pulled out the sofa bed. Our stay was disappointing considering the cost. I’m not impressed with Park City Host management.

    Amazing location for a great week of skiing in Park City! Loved having a kitchenette and washer/dryer in unit to take care of the kids. Very comfortable - everyone got a good night's sleep!

    This condo was perfect for our family of five. Nice having a small room for the kids to sleep in that opened to the master. The condo was cozy and comfortable, but best of all was the location. Quick walk across the street and through the parking lot to the slopes - easy even with a three year old in tow! The bus stop was right out front, which was nice (though the buses were sometimes packed). Kitchen was adequately equipped for us to eat most of our meals at the condo. The kids LOVED the jacuzzi tub, as well as the pool/spa. I would definitely stay here again - great balance of location and price, I felt like it was a great value.

    Not a two bedroom Very dirty and in desperate need of an update Crumbs in the sofa... So gross when pulling out the sofa sleeper Sheets and towels not all clean. Great location! Will not use your services again.

    The unit was exactly as described. The access to the slopes should be emphasized by a guest (me)...so here you go...it is right there! If there was not a parking lot you could ski in/out. What a joy to be so close. Also, this unit is close to the hot tub, gym and lobby. I know the listing says these things, but post stay, I can confirm these where wonderful things to see were so accurate. Lastly, the underground parking was GREAT! Do not underestimate the value of that one. Enjoy and thanks to our Silver King hosts!

    The condo is in a typical ski centric condo complex. It is not in downtown Park City but about a mile away. There is a free Park City transit stop outside the building so it does make it easy to get to places. Check in would have been easy but the staff had not been notified of our arrival so there was a little delay. Also while the unit was clean it was not stocked with a kitchen sponge, sufficient kitchen towels or dishwasher detergent. Management did resolve quickly when brought to their attention but it was an oversight. In addition the refrigerator filter had been changed and was left in the sink. They did not run the fridge water as they should so water was grey with particles. Quite disturbing. Finally the only windows in the unit did little to keep the cold out. We kept checking to see if the windows were closed. There were portable heaters next to the windows to address the cold breeze. Overall the unit is up to date but there is definitely room to improve to take to a four star improvement. I will acknowledge that management responded quickly to our concerns but it would have been better if those items had been taken care of prior to our arrival.

    Enjoyed fall colors with my Mom on a short visit to Park City. The unit had a great location with in walking distance to grocery store and bus line. It was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated elevator access right off the parking lot.

    Enjoyed my time at Silver King and was within walking distance of everything I needed. The unit was clean and spacious, especially liked the large walk in shower in 2nd bathroom. Have already booked my next stay.
