Silver Bear 21 Updated, Light and Bright, Walk to Canyon Lodge and Gondola by RedAwning

Silver Bear 21 is just as described and pictured. SUPER clean and neat. Furnishings were comfortable and cozy with good lighting by both couches for reading. LOTS of games/cards stored in coffee table. Kitchen was VERY well stocked(unlike so many rental properties that have the absolute bare minimum) Convenient charging stations located in bedrooms and bar area. Super quiet building, never heard any noise from above or below. Garage parking spot was not cramped. Additional parking outside was snow plowed daily. Hot tub was working and hot. Walking up the hill to Canyon Lodge takes about 4 minutes. Would definitely stay her again.

I have stayed at many different places in Mammoth and this is for sure one of the better places we have stayed at and will definitely try to stay here again if available. It was spacious and very clean, we especially liked that the kitchen has every appliance, pots, pans, bowlsplates and utensils that you could ever need, other places have the bare minimum. Its close enough to Canyon lodge for walking but there is a small hill to go up in in each direction. We used a locker in Canyon lodge so we didn't have to walk in Ski boots or carry Ski's each day.

Great place to stay near the village. It’s a beautiful rental with nice amenities. The only issue was the 10:00 am checkout time. It needs to be at least 11:00 to noon checkout.

Condo was well equipped and in a fantastic location! Kids could easily walk to Canyon Lodge. Very clean and management company was very responsive when we called them. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had a pleasant and very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this vacay rental especially if you have kids. Property was very clean/spacious with beautiful views and felt just like home :) Heated/closed garage was a great advantage during snow!

The condo is nicely updated and well-outfitted. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable layout and furniture, all in all really nice. It’s literally a 5 minute walk to Canyon Lodge, which is perfect. The only snafu we encountered was the Internet going out. We lost Internet, cable, and because the cell service was so weak, that unfortunately you couldn’t even get Internet using Mobile data. Not the condo’s fault, just unfortunate.

The location and space were great, but none of us could get service. There was a list of dining recommendations on the counter when we arrived, but we couldn't even call the places or look them up...

Property was perfect and beautiful. The family really enjoyed our stay and it was really comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Only thing was that the wifi never worked for us. Someone very nice came to try to fix but shortly after it stopped working. Hope that gets fixed. With that being said it still got a 5 star rating. Walking distance to canyon lodge was a huge plus. Thank you!
