You can walk to everything! Shopping, dining, grocery stores, Starbucks, ice cream, beignets, Al's 5 & 10, and so much more!!

Silver Beach is 8 stories tall and has only 47 condos. The development sits along a beautiful stretch of Alabama's sugar white sandy benched and shimmering turquoise waters!!

The development has a gulf side pool with large sunning deck and a BBQ area. Kids, pets, and adults alike love the gulf side green space!! The most unique thing about Silver Beach is that it is one of the very few pet friendly condos on the Alabama Gulf Coast!!

The condo is extremely clean and stocked with everything you need for a wonderful vacation! You will find two bedrooms. The master features a king sized bed, large TV, private full bath, large closet, gorgeous gulf front views, and access to the gulf front balcony!

The second bedroom features a queen size bed, TV, and access to a full sized bath.

Sleeper sofa OR an air mattress is stocked with linens to accommodate 2 additional guests.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need!

The dining room comfortably sits 5! You will find three more dining seats at the kitchen bar!!

The gulf front deck is stocked with comfortable seating and provides a gorgeous beach view!

PARKING INFO:
Your reservation with us does not include any parking fees. Silver Beach requires guests to register with the HOA and purchase parking passes directly from the HOA. One parking pass will be available for purchase; a second parking pass may be available if lot is not full. There is a 2 vehicle max (if second space available). No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles allowed. Please reach out to us if you need information for overflow or oversized parking.

PET POLICY
Silver Beach is one of the only area condos to allow pets to join their families on vacation. Alabama Getaway loves our Silver Beach 'Pet Guests!' Please read over the pet policy details below to ensure you and your pet have the best vacation!
* 1 pet max between Memorial Day to Labor Day; 2 pets max other times of the year.
* Max 40lbs weight limit
* Must be on leash at all times outside the condo while on condo property
* No pets allowed on pool deck or beach (city ordinance)
* Pets cannot be left unattended on balcony
* Pet owners must clean up after pets
* Pets who threaten, excessively bark will not be tolerated.
* Completed and signed Pet Addendum required (additional requirements may be listed in the Pet Addendum)
* Pet Fee(s) (charged per pet) paid prior to arrival

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES
* Must be 25 or older to rent this property. Alabama Getaway requires all guests to sign a reservation agreement and submit a copy of their ID upon booking for age and identity verification purposes (to prevent fraud).
* Pets are allowed per the pet policy mentioned above.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security. See parking info above.
* One parking pass will be available for purchase; a second parking pass may be available if lot is not full. Paid off site parking options are available.
* No oversized vehicles or trailers allowed to park.
* No smoking allowed inside this condo or on the balconies.
* Please do not throw items off the balconies. Doing so will result in immediate eviction by security.
* Guests are required to follow the rules posted at the property for all common areas.
* Amenities listed are serviced by the condo management (not Alabama Getaway). We cannot guarantee all amenities will be in service during your stay, but we will do our best to update you of any known outages ahead of time.

    Last-minute booking, and we’re so glad we chose this place. The entire process was very seamless, and the price was ideal for the dates we stayed. Communication was clear and thorough, and any questions we had were answered promptly.The location is perfect for families, especially those with young children. Directly across from us was a shopping plaza with a supermarket, restaurants, ice cream shops, and more. The master bedroom overlooked the beach—the sound of the ocean waves was incredibly romantic and refreshing. The second bedroom was a great size for the kids.The place was well equipped with everything we needed. Aside from a few minor paint touch-ups, it’s a perfect little getaway for families looking to escape the daily chaos.

    What a great, cozy condo amongst the middle of the place to be but not overwhelmed with guests! The property is a smaller one as far as the amount of individually owned condos so the pool isn’t overrun with people. We were able to use the chair/umbrella company, Ike’s, so that part of the beach was kinda for the guests of Silver Beach. Then after sitting in the sun and enjoying the beautiful green water, we eased up to the pool to end the day. Our hosts were extremely responsive and on top of the communication so we were never left wondering or waiting. Thank you!!

    Communications with management staff were prompt and very helpful. The condo was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with linens, basic supplies and kitchen tools. The balcony is perfect for wave watching and napping on a lazy day. The beds and pillows were comfortable with nice linens. It was our second stay in this condo and it is apparent it is well-managed, well-maintained with attention to detail and properly cleaned. It is wonderful to be able to bring our little 4 pound “Boss Lady” teacup poodle with us.

    Our unit was perfect! The weather wasn’t - but the covered balcony was big enough for us to enjoy the views and stay dry. The second bedroom is a bit cozy, but ok. Kitchen was fairly stocked, but not outstanding. We would definitely stay there again, it was comfy, well appointed and clean.

    Property is nice & is just as listed. Only problem was MON and TUE there was consistent construction noise 8-5 both days. Very loud and very annoying. We should have been notified that it would be happening when we made our reservation. Really no fun in the unit or on the balcony those days and had I known would not have booked that unit. TV cable reception is terrible.

    We really enjoyed our stay here. Pros: It was clean, had great amenities, beachfront, close to tons of great restaurants and things to do. Cons: The place had an odor to it that I had to go buy some plug ins to mask. Many of the outlets didn't hold the cord in (and some were just scarey). There are 2 elevators. One wasn't working for the first 2 days when we got there. Then they fixed that elevator and immediately took it out of service to update the flooring. Once that flooring was complete they took out the next elevator to update that flooring. That isn't something I hold against the owners. Overall it is a nice place with quick access to a lot of things. I would stay there again. One note - this is a dog friendly place, which is why we stayed there to begin with. With that means barking dogs. It was a little annoying when the owners would let their dogs on the decking and just let them bark and bark. But again, no fault of the owners.

    We enjoyed our brief stay. It was clean enough and comfortable for all 6 of us, including two kids. One elevator was broken the entire time we were there and the other shut down as we were loading our cars. The management company was easy to reach and they were very accommodating.
