Stayed Dec 19, 2025Wonderful place to stay! So clean and had everything we could want - throw blankets, lamps where I needed a lamp, big screen tv (we brought our own Apple TV), clean kitchen with dishes and utensils, and so much more. Just a really clean and well-appointed place. Walking distance to Magnolia Market and Dr. Pepper museum. Short drive to Mammoth excavation. We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you for providing such a nice place for us to stay in.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025What a beautiful place with an outstanding view of Waco. Close access to Dilos and other keys areas. Communication with Host was outstanding. Even got a birthday cake and had it available in room. I would highly recommend.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024We always love staying in this particular unit. It provides a lot of space for my husband myself, but if our freshman daughter wants to stay, there’s a very comfortable fold out couch for her. The couch has a fan, TV and is a completely different space than ours. Everybody feels like it’s our home away from home at this point The amenities are just like home and the proximity to restaurants, Fabled bookstore (yummy coffee) , and the University Itself are all very close. Sometimes we walk, sometimes we drive but Can always make it anywhere. We’re going within three minutes. The management team is absolutely incredible. Sometimes we have special requests and not only are they prompt to reply but so far they have graciously answered with a “YES “in addition to a few sweet comments about our family being able to be together. We adore this group and can’t sing their praises enough. We are coming back in October and they’re sad to say this room is already booked but now I know to book well in advance! 10-10❤️

Stayed Dec 25, 2023My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We knew that Waco would be a hidden gem, but the unit made the trip all the more better. The view was beautiful and everything was in walking distance. The unit was clean and decorated beautifully and had everything we needed to make it feel like a home away from home. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely rent this place again.
