One unit is a 1-bedroom/2-bath jacuzzi bath balcony suite with king bed in the bedroom, and queen pullout in the living area. The other unit is a studio jacuzzi suite with a king bed and queen pullout in a shared common area. Each unit can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests for a grand total of 8 guests

Interaction with Guests:

The check-in and check-out are similar to a hotel, but this is a privately owned condo, and all services will be taken care of through the host. The front desk is available 24/7 for emergencies only. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a physical credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-per-night, per-unit hold on your card (please note this if you are booking two adjoining/adjacent units), with a maximum hold of $300 per unit. This amount will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

    We've stayed at these private, Signature double-units for many years now - at least a half dozen times across several different rental management groups. In general these units tend to get worn from all the use; and while you won't find any of them updated: if you like the layout like we do, it's not a problem. This particular dual-unit was cleaner than most, also communication with the rental group was immediate. There was one minor issue with the plumbing making noises, but it wasn't disruptive & I imagine they had it fixed after we checked out. All in all, I would recommend this management team & the units they serve.

    The property was very well maintained and all the amenities were available. Everything was cleaned and sanitized and there was plenty of room. The location and view was great. Would stay again.

    Perfect location. Still can walk to a lot of the strip. Uber/taxi is a bit of a challenge unless you call ( they don’t hang out outside like they do at the hotels). Access to the MGM pool was great. Would definitely stay again.
