Stayed Nov 21, 2025My husband, daughter and I stayed here for Thanksgiving week and had a blast! The views were great, the kitchen was well stocked (and this is coming from two people who usually host Thanksgiving for 20 people). We loved the proximity to the beach, the ability to wash sand off before going inside and the overall cleanliness of the unit. I would say the only “down” side is the small hot water heater however, we made it work. Highly recommend!

Stayed Oct 15, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view and proximity to the beach were unbeatable. The unit was nicely equipped, and beautifully furnished, making our stay even more amazing! Matt was very easy to work with, very prompt and kind with his responses. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025The property was very nice, well kept. Location is awesome! We’ve stayed in this complex before and hope to again. The host communicated quickly to any question we had. The ONLY negative I could say would be that the beach towels were a little worn out. Otherwise nothing negative to say about this little gem!

Stayed Feb 28, 2025Property was exactly as described. We liked the proximity to beach! We arrived couple hours early and contacted Matt and were able to get our groceries and get into unit. Enjoyed view of beach as we ate breakfast each morning!

Stayed Nov 28, 2024We enjoyed our visit to Siesta Key . Great location, and all the amenities you need. Cozy rooms with plenty of room. Our coffee tasted better sitting in the sun room watching the sun shine on the beach.

Stayed Sep 7, 2024Property was very nice and clean! The added beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella was a nice surprise! We arrived in Siesta Key a tad early and Matt was able to let us check in early. Communication was great! Definitely look forward to coming back here next year.
