Siesta Key - Siesta Dunes - Deluxe Beachfront Condo with Gulf of Mexico Views

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The views were absolutely stunning — we enjoyed watching the sunrise right from the balcony each morning. The condo itself was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that the space is very well taken care of. Everything felt fresh and updated, from the modern kitchen to the comfortable furnishings, which made it feel like a true home away from home.Communication with the owner was excellent throughout the entire process. They were quick to respond, very helpful with any questions, and made check-in and check-out simple and stress-free.Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had, and we would happily return or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Kim was very helpful and provided a bevy of information and recommendations for our stay. The Dunes is a beautiful property that is well maintained including the pool and private beach area. Moreover her condo is located in a great spot with wonderful views and easy access to the pool and beach. The unit is in beautiful condition and has so many amenities to make you feel truly at home. It’s stocked with so many extras that you typically get with a vacation rental!

The condo was ultra clean and had everything we needed (except food) for our weeklong stay. We made a quick trip to the store after check-in to pick up food for the week. The kitchen was well equipped for meals, cooking and cleanup. Condiments, salt/pepper etc. were provided. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable. Towels/linens and blankets were provided. Since my wife and I were traveling with my wife's sister, the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom setup worked out well. The living area made us feel at home and I admit to falling asleep in the motorized recliner more than once after a busy day. The Siesta Dunes property grounds/pool are beautiful and everything is well maintained. Beach lounge chairs are free to use. We also appreciated the beach amenities provided (towels, beach umbrella, frisbees, wagon etc.) by the property owner. Kim (the condo owner) was in touch via email and text message with helpful information and instructions before we arrived. In addition, we all appreciated the how to info/notes provided pertaining to the operation of everything from the parking gate and door locks to the coffee pot, thermostat and TVs. Tips on sights to see and best restaurants were also helpful. We spent time on the beach relaxing, shopping/dining in Siesta Key Village and early morning shelling at the point. For 2 to 3 days, we spent time seeing sights (museums, shops etc.) in Sarasota and near Venice beach. I can't wait to come back!

This property was perfect! We could not have been happier! The attention to detail by the hosts was spot on, from information about the condo and the area to the cleanliness to the furnishings/decorations to the items provided to make the stay easy and completely stress free! Highly recommend this rental!

Was one of the best stays we have ever had in Siesta Key. Place was awesome and clean, we already are booking for same time next year. Owners were top notch and available at the drop of a hat.

We have stayed at this complex for the past 10 years, but this was the first time we stayed in this condo. This unit has been our favorite one so far and the owner was so great to deal with. I highly suggest booking this unit if you are deciding to stay at Siesta Dunes.

Siesta Dunes has been a place of peace and restoration for my husband and I over the past 6 years. This was one of the best units we’ve stayed in at Seista Dunes. The owner, Kim, is responsive, thoughtful, and literally provides you with everything you need during your stay. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and exceptional to say the least. We were concerned about the hurricane damage and the staff has already worked so hard to bring things back to normal it was quite impressive!! We can’t wait to return.

Had a great week staying in Sesta Key. The condo is very nice and well maintained. The location is really good with easy access to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious. Kim was incredibly thoughtful with stocking with a number of amenities (for example, a cooler and umbrella to take to the beach). The pool, courtyard, screened-in patio and being right on the beach just really made this one of the best vacations we've had in a long time. When the condo ran out of something, Kim was super responsive and made sure we could access what we needed right away. We can't wait to return!

My husband and I stayed in Kim's condo for our 25th wedding anniversary trip. We loved the location. The condo was well stocked for what we needed during our stay. Kim was always available to answer our questions. Would stay here again!
