Great location to the pool and short walk to beach. The wagon was great.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. I loved the open comcept of the kitchen and living area. The owner was in comtact with us the entire time of our stay. She was very accomodating. I highly recommend!

We enjoyed our week in Siesta Key! This condo has everything you could need. It is clean, tidy and nicely decorated . Easy beach access and all the beach accessories you need. Definitely recommend!

My family and I stayed one week at this condo and loved every minute! The condo was clean and had everything you need for a beach vacation. The beach is close and one of the resort pools is just a short walk from the condo’s patio. The resort beach was clean and the water was amazing. Jen was quick to respond when we had to contact her. We will definitely be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jamaica Royal. The host made it hassle-free. The unit was cozy, tasteful decorated, and has the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in!

From arrival to departure, everything was seamless. The condo was perfect for our family of four. The beds were so comfortable. My husband has back problems and that’s normally always a problem for him when we travel so having the beds and everything feel like the comfort of home Was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend staying here when you go to siesta key.

The Condo was all we could ask for and more. It location was right in the middle between Siesta Key Village and Turtle Beach. This was excellent for transportation as we did not bring or rent a vehicle, but there was a free trolley that made getting up and down the coast area Siesta Key extremely easy and accommodating. The host gave great recommendations for rentals and restaurants all with a short distance. If we had any questions either before arrival or during, she was quick to respond. Access to the beach is just a short walk on the property and there were plenty of beach chairs in which you can pull down to the water at your leisure. The condo is very close to one of the 3 pools in the complex, not too close but not too far. The complex is well maintained and not a party location, which is great for wanting to relax and enjoy your time there. The condo had all items necessarily needed. IE laundry & kitchen essentials. Ordering items via delivery service was simple and accommodating for the stay. Since it was only myself and my wife we only used the primary bedroom but it was very comfortable. We enjoyed our selves so much with the location, the condo and the complex we are very interested in coming back in the coming months.

Our stay was perfect. Condo was clean and had all the necessities needed for cooking, eating, and beach needs. Short 5 minute walk to the beach, 8 minute drive to the grocery store (Publix), and a short 5 minute trolley ride to the village center. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Located steps from the beach and three pools, the unit is ideally located. We really enjoyed our week in this clean, and well maintained condo. All the little extras you might need for your stay were provided as well. Highly recommended!

The condo has everything you need to make meals, laundry, dishes, beach wagon, cooler etc. The location close to the pools and beach is great, a short walk. The beds are very comfortable. My mom and I are not young so comfy beds is a great benefit. Jen was responsive and easy to work with. Great place to stay for your Siesta Key get away.
