Siesta Key Beachfront 2/2 condo. The Best Thing About Memories, Is Making Them.

Would stay here again! Has everything you need including cooler, ice pack, beach towels, and water toys. Close to restaurants and trolley stop. To clarify someone else’s review, there are gas grills at back of building. It is technically on beach but not for public use and is secured. It is also covered so you can eat in the shade. There are also a couple charcoal grills if you want. Private beach area is a plus!!

The host was welcoming and understanding. The unit and amenities are in good shape. The one minor issue was that cleanliness could have been better, particularly the floors, but the host assured me that he will address the issue with the cleaning crew.

Great location. Chair and umbrella service on the beach were excellent. Great seafood restaurants were within walking distance.

This was a beautifully decorated condo. Plenty of kitchen items. Views and direct access to beach were amazing.The beach staff were so kind and accommodating. Micheal is awesome to work with, good communicator. The delicious food is fresh and close by. Entertainment across the street at Huge Tiki Bar, live music, beverages, appetizers, large TV’s for sports, it was a great atmosphere. Restaurant had delicious everything! Captain Curt’s! The condo needs a deep cleaning after summer stays, especially the floors, light fixtures, the chair in living room needs a deep cleaning. Just simple fixes. Suggestion of taller chairs outside to see the gorgeous beach. We had a great time thank you so much. We will be back! Be Blessed! We Totally recommend condo!

This was great for a quick family getaway on the beach! My kids loved the pool, the beach was easy to access via a short walk through the parking lot, the building was quiet at night and our rooms comfortable so we could rest, and restaurants were just across the street so we didn't have to drive if we didnt feel like it!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was super clean and the location couldn't have been better. We will definitely be back!

The property was great and everything that was needed for our stay was provided. The unit was clean and the location was steps away from the beach. Michael the host was amazing. Great communication and even provided his cell number with instructions to call or message him if any problems arise. None did. He is by far one of the best hosts I’ve had yet. Will absolutely stay here again!

Great location, fantastic unit, very clean in and out of unit and well maintained. Thought there was a grill in unit, not at beach to be shared by all residents - but that's not a big deal or negative. Pool is in front of building by entrance, not in back close to beach. Not a ton of sunlight and not a lot of space at pool. Overall a very very good place and certainly worth renting.

The unit was really great with a full kitchen, 2 Br and 2 Bathrooms. Its was very spacious for the 6 people we had. The unit was very clean and in great condition. The best part of the stay was the location of the building. It is located right across the street from all of the local bars, restaurants, shopping etc...and it is right on the beach. Everything is easily within walking distance and when you want to head down to the village for additional shopping, restaurants, bars all you have to do is jump on the trolley or green frog buses which pick you up right across the street from the unit. Michael was great to work with and communicated with me several times in the lead up to our arrival. The instructions to gain entry to the unit were very easy. Overall the 7 day experience living in the condo unit were a full 5 stars . Thanks you

This is the best location in Siesta Key if you’re looking to be able to walk to local restaurants, coffee, shops, and bars. The condo overall fit our needs well, but the lanai furniture definitely needs to be updated. I didn’t even want to sit out there to have a cup of coffee. Beds were comfy, but could use some new sheets. The owner is nice to work with. Beach access is wonderful - pool is fine - nothing special.

Well-kept property, Nice, clean, ideally located. Professional and courteous owner. No surprises or problems. Just a great experience.

The entire process was great from check in to check out. The manager/property contact person was very responsive. The next time I come to town, I will look for this availability first.

This condo has a perfect location, plenty of amenities and just an all around great place to spend a vacation. The owner was easy to touch base with and responsive to inquiries.

We walked into a clean well kept condo. It had all the amenities needed to cook, play, and relax. We loved that it was steps from the beach too. A wonderful experience.

Although this was my first visit to this property/ unit, it definitely won’t be my last. Everything was as advertised!

We had never stayed in the south part of Siesta Key. Always thought it would be too busy of an area for us, but now this location will be our first choice on future trips. The condo was clean and well appointed. Communications with our host, Michael, provided everything we needed on check-in and exit, and the overall property was well maintained. With the beach access right out the back gate and a number of restaurants, bars and shops across the street (Capt. Curt’s Spearfish, Turtle Beach Grill (short ride)) and Southern Crescent Market, we had easy access to all that we needed for our stay. We will definitely use this condo again on future stays.

Loved our accommodations and location! Clean and well stocked. Right on the beach, beautiful grounds, warm and clean pool. Right across the street from a cute grocery store, coffee shop, ice cream store, restaurant/bar and Annas Deli is excellent! Beds comfortable, roomy, nice kitchen, laundry on same floor. Perfect!
