She also had excellent recommendations for restaurants we might enjoy during our visit. The unit was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The next time we come back to Siesta Key, we will definitely rent from Phyllis.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025Our stay at Mermaid Mansion was nothing short of amazing. The unit is impeccably clean and decorated beautifully. Sheets, blankets and pillows were all so comfortable and we slept great! The kitchen was fully stocked and additional amenities like beach towels and chairs were so helpful! The beach is a few minute's walk away and the shared heated pool was amazing. The owner made sure we were all set for our visit with fantastic communication from booking to checkout. 10/10!

Stayed Dec 25, 2024We had a wonderful stay at the Mermaid Mansion! Phyllis is a wonderful host and was prompt with communication, helpful in answering questions about the area, and taking care of needs during our stay. The unit was very clean and tastefully adorned with beach decor. We real put appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit too. The unit is equipped with an enclosed outdoor patio, beach wagon, beach chairs, and toys for the kids. I can’t forget to mention that the accessibility was perfect. It takes less that 5 minutes to walk to the beach. It’s located right across from Jake’s Ice-cream, Toasted Mango Cafe, and the Trolley stop. Mermaid Mansion is truly a gem of a stay and we will be back to visit again! Thank you for a memorable experience!
