Stayed Jan 21, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four adults (2 couples) stayed in this condo for 10 days in January. We had a wonderful stay. The condo was set up perfectly for us. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom and a large closet. We spent time in the evening and mornings on the lanai, drinking coffee and playing cards. The condo buildings and amenities (pool area) are kept very clean and maintained. Of course, the location can't be beat for being close to the beach and having the shuttle stop in front of the building. We rode the free shuttle every day. We had never been to Siesta Key, but certainly plan to go back after this great trip.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This room was a problem since day 1. The bathtub in the master bedroom was backing up while using the shower. Ac vent was very dusty and hadnt been cleaned. The grills by the pool side were in need of maintaince. dirty grease on the dip pans and only one grill worked properly. Then to put the icing on the cake, Management charged me a cleaning fee for leaving the garbage behind . I cleaned the room but l didnt empty the trash bin.
