Stayed Jan 21, 2025Condo on Siesta Key Beach with a beautiful view of the beach from the 9th floor! Well stocked kitchen and baths with lots of nice touches, huge master suite, comfortable beds and furniture, nice plantation shutters, secure facility, designated parking space. Also close to SK Village. Would definitely stay again!!!

Stayed Feb 4, 2024Nice condo, outstanding view. We enjoyed our month stay at Siesta Key. We drank coffee almost every morning on our lanai and looked at the ocean.Going sleep at night listening to those ocean waves rolling in was the best.

Stayed Apr 7, 2023The condo was very comfortable and beautifully located on Siesta Beach. We felt very safe with the condo location. easy walking distance to the south village with a variety of restaurants. Publix and shopping was a short drive away! We loved it and will be happy to visit again!

Stayed Mar 12, 2022The Contacts were unresponsive the support person local Tom Smola was argumentative when contacted. Owner was terrible, dirty. We couldn't get a hair dryer the two weeks we were there. Owner insisted one was there, Very argumentative. Every problem there was ignored or they didn't take any responsibility for it. So tiring to spend my precious time with my family chasing these people for correct forms and problems. I missed so much time I feel really cheated, time and money wise. Don't chance it, rip off.

Stayed Jan 29, 2020Overall, the accommodations and location were great; however, the online information listed the Condo as having 3 bedrooms. When we got to the property there where only 2 bedrooms. After some e mail exchanges with the owner, we were informed the 3rd bedroom consisted of a pullout bed in the main living room. This is misleading at best and felt more like a bait and switch. In the end a good reminder of buyer beware and play closer attention to the fine print and ask more questions before booking.
