- On-Site Registration: Per association rules, on-site check-in and parking passes are required for all guests.

- Parking & Garage: Driveway parking is provided. The garage is accessed weekly by staff for essential trash removal.

- Vehicle Restrictions: No boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, or commercial/oversized vehicles are permitted.

- Golf Carts: Street-legal golf carts are allowed but must be stored in the garage or on the driveway.

    First , I want to Thank Ms Ann who managed my stay !!. Can’t say enough about her kindness and professionalism !!. She’s very welcoming and keen on helping with everything around the property and island. She’ll respond instantly to her phone calls or texts even at late Sunday night. She accommodates me kindly and professionally . Please promote her ASAP ?. Thanks Ms Ann and company for making my stay so easy and peaceful and Funnnn. God bless ? She’s so Good that made me extending my stay for another 2 weeks as I felt home and definitely will continue coming back to their listings properties they Manage at Sarasota. Thanks again ? Dr O.     but condo has seen better days. a bit tired.....its up for sale so I don't think the owners are keeping up with it....but the complex is very nice and siesta key is a fun town and theres so much to do in Sarasota.

    it was nice ,just use some air fresheners and let people know they're going to need paper towel for the kitchen and laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent too ,but that is not a problem ,its a very nice place, we had so much fun we are coming back for sure.

    Just returned from a week in Siesta Key and we will be back. This condo and complex was perfect for us. I traveled with my college aged kids and they loved it! Check in was super simple and condo was ready as promised. Best of both worlds as we were a short walk to private beach and had access to beautiful spot on the bay. My 23 yo son loves to fish and was thrilled to see 2 rods in the garage. He caught a variety of saltwater fish which was exciting as we are from WI. Pools were nice and not crowded…especially the small one which we used as it was close. Bathroom at pool was really nice and clean. Could go on and on…can’t wait to go back.

    Upon arrival, no towels and unpleasant odor. Could not have showers after long travel day. Had to purchase air fresheners. Daughter found used bandage in her bed. Overall appearance of furnishings and carpet very dated and worn. A/C stopped working on last night of stay, and fans in front bedroom and lounge could not compensate. Cabinets could not be used for our foodstuffs because owner had made off limits with tacky locks. Families staying a week could benefit from having a pantry. Bedroom closets overflowing with linens and junk, leaving little room to hang clothing. Very long walk to a beach that is not that nice. (We took a drive to Anna Marie Island, which is so much nicer.) On the plus side, it is nice that the community has gas grills, and we highly recommend the filet from Detwiler’s Farm Market.

    The property was clean and spacious. The condo development felt very safe and the 2 pools and tennis courts were clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed it and will consider coming back!

    My spouse and I stayed 10 days in this condo. Great location on Siesta Key. Close to everything. The condo had plenty of supplies in the kitchen that we needed and the washer/dryer in the condo was a plus. The landscaping around the condo complex is very well maintained. The free daily activities were VERY nice. We took advantage of those and the xplorie people were helpful and friendly. We knew from the photos on VRBO that the condo was a little outdated but someone should really do some deep cleaning in this unit. Not just a quick vacuum and wipe down. Also we had a hard time getting hot water anywhere in the condo except the guest bathroom. That's where we took our showers. All in all, I think we would stay here again.

    Okay. Bed in 2nd room completely broken. Mattress slanted to floor. It's a good thing we also had a double in there Fan barely worked in second bedroom. Outside grounds of condo beautiful and well maintained. Beach is beautiful but is a long walk to get to it.
