condominium in Mammoth Lakes California has been remodeled and renovated. Once

you arrive, put your car key's away and walk to restaurants, shops,

supermarket, movie theater and more. The Red Line shuttle bus stops right out

front so you can zip up to the slopes without the hassle of driving and

parking. The bus runs all day, so when you're done on the hill, they're there

to pick you up and take you home. Soak in the Jacuzzi, freshen up and you're

ready for a night of apres skiing in town. Great place, great location, great

fun, enjoy the pool (summer only) plus spa, BBQ, and laundry facilities onsite

plus 2 parking spaces only. This unit features a flatscreen Smart TV where you

can access all your favorite apps, BluRay DVD/CD Player, wood burning

fireplace and queen sleeper sofa in the living room, plus full bathroom. The

downstairs master features a Queen bed with ensuite half bathroom with shower

and sink only. The loft features a queen bed and two twin beds, plus a

flatscreen tv, DVD player and a PlayStation 2 - a great hang out space for the

kids! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club

to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness

facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two

parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free

    This place worked out great for our family of 5. Lots of games to keep the kids entertained. Make sure to bring quarters for the laundry!

    The location is perfect. New carpet and a very nicely appointed kitchen. I’ve stated a lot of rentals and this is one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve been to. And the plates silverware and glassware to serve a meal for 6 to 8 people easily. Nice pots and pans and serving bowls. This unit is not the ideal place to stay during summer as it gets rather warm. It is an upstairs unit so I felt safe enough to leave the windows to the bedroom open but the trash truck comes every other day at 7:15 so there’s no sleeping in. The loft gets extremely warm as there are no windows. There does seem to be an extensive use of extension cords throughout the property. The check in process and the property management service team were excellent. We had a very small issue with the TV and they sent someone out right away. He was polite and swift.

    2 bedroom is actually a bedroom and a very spacious loft. Was a little surprised that one half bath was a sink and shower and not a toilet. Overall very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is excellently stocked with utensils and pots and pans and even some spices and other necessities like coffee filters. It is a second floor unit, so stairs are the only way up. Parking was easy, but expected that at this early part of the season. Bottom line is, I would stay here again as large space and well stocked kitchen are very important to me.

    We had a great experience. The condo was clean, cozy, and very conveniently located. We could walk to an array of restaurants and shops. The only small catch was that I hadn't realized the condo is on the second floor with outdoor, rustic stairs. That wasn't great for my elderly parents. Also, there are two showers and sinks, but only one toilet. This was probably in the unit description, but I missed it. Nonetheless, they managed and we had a great stay.
