Welcome to Three Kings 41, a comfortable two-bedroom plus loft, two-and-a-half-bath Park City condo rental offering easy resort access, generous sleeping flexibility, and a relaxed mountain setting just a short walk from the Three Kings lift at Park City Mountain Resort. At 1,318 square feet across multiple levels, this freshly repainted Park City vacation rental is a practical and inviting home base for families and groups seeking space, convenience, and year-round mountain access.

The main level offers an open-concept living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with a convenient half bath and in-unit washer and dryer — everything needed for a comfortable, self-sufficient stay. Smart TVs with Amazon Fire Stick streaming are available throughout; please note that traditional cable is not available at Three Kings 41.

Sleeping accommodations are spread generously across three levels. The private downstairs bedroom features a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom — a quiet retreat for a group. Upstairs, a second bedroom offers two twin beds, and the loft provides a queen bed and a twin bed, with the upstairs and loft bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. This flexible layout sleeps up to 7 guests and works exceptionally well for families or groups traveling together.

As part of the Three Kings complex, guests enjoy access to a year-round heated outdoor pool, community hot tub, sauna, and changing facilities — a welcome retreat after a day on the slopes or trails. Underground parking is included, and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout your stay.

The location delivers both winter and summer convenience. Three Kings 41 is just a short walk from the Three Kings lift at Park City Mountain Resort and sits near the scenic cross-country ski trail. Park City's free year-round bus runs steps away, placing Old Town, Main Street dining and shopping, and Kimball Junction within easy reach.

Three Kings 41 is a non-smoking, pet-free property. Guests check in through our convenient Direct to Condo process; simply complete the pre-registration form prior to arrival to receive your personal door code. Housekeeping is not included but may be arranged through our Guest Services office for an additional fee, subject to availability, with at least two weeks' advance notice.

    I love the location of the Three Kings condos - easy walk or shuttle to the lifts. This particular condo needs updating. For example, the tub shower in the master bath has a very old door that has a broken slide track and the mattress in the master bedroom has lost its shape and sags to one side. Also, the walls are very thin and sound carries easily between rooms.

    We loved the location and easy walk to the lifts. The pool and hot tub were amazing and met lots of nice folks. Great place to stay for a ski trip!

    We loved the location relative to the slopes. The pool is very convenient and well maintained. Overall the condo was fine and functional. The beds were great, however, some things were a bit worn down. Small things like chairs duct taped together, fireplace not working, dated stove/oven, neither coffee maker was working and the toilets were difficult to get a clean flush on. Overall, we felt the price was fair and were satisfied with the condo.
