Stayed Oct 9, 2024Unable to go because airport MCO was closed day of arrival. Also, area was devastated from hurricane Milton. There were power outages, at condo and many other places in Cocoa Beach. Owner said power was expected to be restored shortly, but I had read some places were out of power for days. Saw local tv videos of downed trees and roads that were blocked off because of damage. Owner of this condo is only

Stayed Aug 4, 2023Nicely remodeled, excellent owner communication, close to many restaurants, nicely stocked Kitchenware. We had a nice relaxing, long weekend.

Stayed Apr 12, 2023The unit was clean and updated and fully furnished kitchen and steps to pool and beach. They had construction going on during stay and outside and adjacent properties somewhat dated but Steven was very responsive and the inside of unit very nice.

Stayed Sep 2, 2022We went down to visit Kennedy Space Center and (unsuccessfully) observe the launch of the Artemis I. The condo was great, location excellent and proximity to the beach was perfect. Everything was as described. Fortunately, Elon and SpaceX came through with a night launch on our final night to cap off the trip.

Stayed Jul 24, 2022I stay at Sandcastles every summer. This unit is clean, spacious and updated. The ground level unit is perfectly located near the parking lot, pool and easy walk to the beach. The condo has everything you need for an amazing stay!
