Stayed Jan 28, 2026The host provided all the necessary details, followed up to make sure I didn’t have any questions and was very responsive when I reached out. The location was perfect for daily walks on the beach and was walking distance to restaurants and all of the wedding festivities we had at the JW.

Stayed Oct 7, 2025Great location and wonderful host. Joe is incredibly responsive and has the place set up with all the “little things” that make it so much easier. There are extra plugs by the bed so no searching for places to plug in your devices. There are clear instructions for everything down to the remote. All the essentials were there already (paper towels, toilet paper, salt & pepper, dish soap, hand soap, beach towels & chairs, even stain remover). Access to the beach is easy. I didn’t use the pool but it appeared to be clean and well kept. The building is very secure and I just walked everywhere, didn’t need a rental car. The only requirement for check out is to wash any pots and pans and take out the trash. Easy peasy when I was running around trying to make my 5:30 AM Lyft. Beautiful home and GORGEOUS beach!

Stayed Mar 2, 2025Located right across the street from public beach access. Nice sized condo with great balcony with a peek-a-boo view of the gulf. Nice, clean pool area. Easily walk to shopping and restaurants. Full size washer and dryer definitely a plus.

Stayed Sep 30, 2024We’d a brilliant stay in this condo on Marco Island. The place was spotless on arrival and just as listed. It was a great touch that there were beach chairs and a trolley to get everything to the beach. Joe was a fabulous host who kept in regular contact particularly as hurricane Milton made an appearance while we were there. All in all I’d highly recommend staying at this wonderful condo
