Shorewood 205 - Great Oceanfront Views Updated 2nd Floor Condo

Very nice association, condo was great, clean and nice furnishings. Great location, walk via beach or road to several shops and restaurants. We hope to visit again!

We had a wonderful time in this condo. Very well appointed, beautiful view of the beach and water. Very close to restaurants and walking distance to Coligony Square shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo! View was beautiful, pool was perfect, and access to the beach easy with our 4 young kids. A few complaints about cleanliness but they may be just part of what comes with beach living. The windows in the family room had large amounts of bird poop on them which just kinda threw off the ocean view vibe. I reached out if anything could be done and it wasn’t. And while everything appeared very clean I had a crawling baby whose hands and legs were very dirty after our first hour there. They do have some puzzles and games we enjoyed, beach toys we could borrow, and the furniture was very comfortable. Our kids already asked when we could go back to stay at the same place and we for sure would!

Unit was as advertised. Lots of space for 4 of us. Short walk to the beach, great views, and grounds were well kept.

Photos do it justice although the recent refurb and repaint is starting to show its age a bit as the walls below the 4 foot level are showing quite a few scuffs and dings, some of which might be able to be wiped off but some will need repainting. I suspect a rental unit really takes a toll on the walls with luggage and kids play pens and wagons etc. all hitting and taking the freshness off. Basic kitchen supplies were there but it consisted of ONLY salt and pepper...many other places we've stayed at had a bit more on hand, so just be aware. Beachfront location and the pools are all great. The tiki hut is just a block or so north and at night the music can be heard, so if you wanted to open the windows to hear the surf you may need to endure some hours of music before they shut down for the night.

We unfortunately picked the only time ever that the Tiki Hut was closed to the public for a private event. (We love being able to walk over and enjoy drinks and music). But the weather was perfect and the view kept us entertained

It is at a great location, being so close to restaurants. We just ride our bikes everywhere we want to go. Seashore Vacations was great as usual.

There was food/ crumbs on and in the cabinets. We did not use the dressers because there was dirt in the drawers. The walls and woodwork had visible dirt. The bathroom ceiling fans are filthy!

We were so close to the beach, the pools were spacious and enjoyable, and we were so close to shopping and eateries! We loved walking to Coligny Plaza, the children’s museum, and several children’s play parks. The condo was clean, updated, beautiful, and exactly what we wanted.

Nice property with good pool right on the beach. Beach was amazing. Place is located in a great spot on the island and easy to get to everywhere.
