Stayed Aug 15, 2025Bugs, Black Mold, and Bad Staff- Oh MyUpon arrival, my wife went to use the bathroom only to find a bug running around in the bowl, and it would not flush down the toilet. Next, when we tried to leave to unit, the door would not lock. The batteries in the keypad lock unit were too low to operate properly, an inconvenience for sure. There were constant cockroaches running around the property, including the main lobby where they were running freely. There was black mold in the bathroom. The master bedroom tv did not have batteries that worked, and the tv is on the wrong wall for viewing. There is no space at all to put anything in the master bedroom. The bed fills the whole small room with little to spare around the edges, giving you nowhere to put your luggage, or you are tripping over it the whole time. The staff are some of the rudest people we have ever encountered, truly unbelievable. I can not recommend staying here, and we will never stay at Shores of Panama again, there are much better options available.

Stayed Jun 1, 2025Great place to stay! Very clean and it had everything we needed for the week! Having a reserved parking space in a convenient location was also a plus! No complaints at all and will look to book this room again in the future!
